Description of Work: Worker sent was scary and hostile. He said one sink was unfix-able, and he destroyed a kitchen cabinet base and yelled at us for it. Also forgot to equalize plumbing. Wrecked hot water heater. Manager sent another man who was able to fix 'un-fixable' sink, and back-flushed plumbing.They were, however, unwilling to accept responsibility for hot water heater (which was fine before they came) and refused to repair the sink base...and we never even received an apology for the first worker. I would NEVER use these people again. They are scary and dishonest.

Description of Work: We needed to replace two outdoor faucets that either leaked or were broken. One faucet was harder to replace than the other due to its location and the piping/beams in close proximity. Also, we needed to temporary remove a lawn sprinkler pump in a crawl space, with the pipes capped. Ravinia Plumbing came on time and completed the work. Project went well.
