Overall, the job went great. I would use this company again as they were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced.

No issues. Arrived promptly. I had expected more work to be involved running gas pipe for this new install, but didn't need it.

They came out for what was supposed to be a free estimate, but ended up charging $100 because of spending some time looking at other potential problems around the house. They scheduled rodding work, failed to show up at the scheduled time because of some overnight flooding in the area, and showed up two days later. They were unable to reach the area in question with the rodding equipment, but charged $700 because they rodding everything else, we have two sewage lines leaving our house. They then came back a third time to break through a section of sidewalk and dig down to the problem area. They came with none of the equipment necessary to dig save one shovel and a small hammer, but did end up finishing the job faster than they estimated. They replaced what turned out to be a broken line, installed the tie-in for future easy access and refilled in the dirt. They were supposed to leave a clean line of broken concrete, but it is jagged. $1800 later, everything now seems to work.

Receptionist responsive and helpful, scheduling the service within a week of my call. Appointment was for 7-7:30 AM, arrived 7:40 AM but close enough. Two plumbers were knowledgeable about the best way to do the rodding. Rodded from two locations to maximize drain clearance. Done within an hour, cleaned up nicely after themselves. All in all, excellent experience. Price was $300 but I had a coupon for 20% off, which made the price more reasonable.

We were very pleased with this company. They were very helpful explaining the importance of this test over the phone and explaining that not all plumbers are properly qualified to do the test. The plumber arrived promptly. We also brought Tom out for an estimate on changing shower faucets in our house. Tom was very honest with us about how expensive the project would be and why (it would involve ripping out shower tile and drywall). We decided not to proceed with that project.

Excellent service. Punctual. Took time to complete the job correctly. With previous plumbers, I have always had to call them back to complete the job correctly as they were too rushed.

Brian sent us an estimate with a couple of different options. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. The work was completed on schedule, just in time for the hot weather.

They do an excellent job. They come fast and are out fast.

I have used this company now 2 times and both times have had GREAT experiences. The prices are VERY reasonable and my plumber even gave me his cell in case my water problem continued. GREAT COMPANY. NICE PEOPLE. AWESOME PRICES.

Having just spent nearly $1000 with this company 2 days before, I don't appreciate being jerked around when I need them to do work for me on a smaller, less expensive issue. I rearranged my schedule to be home for the appointment they scheduled for me today, which turned out to be a waste of my time.

Two workmen showed up within the promised time, were very professional and seemed to do a good job. The price tag on the service seemed high to me, although I've never had to replace an ejector pump before, so I don't know whether it was out of line or not.

They are very prompt & seem reasonable in pricing. I really like them a lot.

We had a flood last year and Ravinia called to tell us that it was time for our yearly roding to prevent another backup. We were thrilled with their prompt scheduling. The tech was kind and very clean and left the place sparkling. They will remind us again next year, which we appreciate.

Jimmy explained and answered all questions when giving the estimate. He also showed up at my house to confirm with Donny, the worker, what needed to be done. Donny did a great job: quick and efficient, patiently answered questions, cleaned up, stuck to original estimate(in fact $34 less). Our pressure is 110% better!!

They were accommodating. They sent a senior plumber who was able to quickly diagnose and solve problems. I felt the work was efficient. He was polite and pleasant and I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job.

Based on the fact that the tech that came out to my house had to defer to someone else via phone, I didn't have a high sense of confidence and was skeptical of whether he would be able to do the work well.

WE HAVE A COMPLICATED HEATING & AIR SYSTEM IN AN OLDER HOME AND THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR IT AND GET IT WORKING REALLY WELL, WHEN OTHER COMPANIES WERE UNABLE TO DO THE REPAIR. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE SO HELPFUL AND DO THEIR BEST TO GET SOMEONE SENT OUT AS SOON AS THEY CAN. THEIR WORKERS ARE VERY RESPECTFUL AND NICE TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME. THEY CLEAN UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

PATRICK GOT RIGHT TO WORK ON THE PROBLEM, AND, IN RESPONSE TO SOME OF MY QUESTIONS AND THE INFORMATION I GAVE HIM ABOUT PAST PLUMBER VISITS, TOOK A LOOK AT THE MAIN SEWER LINE, WHICH WAS CLOGGED. HE LITERALLY CLIMBED INTO THE DRAIN IN OUR DRIVEWAY TO MAKE A HOLE THAT WAS BIG ENOUGH FOR HIS EQUIPMENT TO FIT IN. HIS EXTRAORDINARILY DETAILED SUMMARY OF THE PROBLEM ON THE BILL WILL BE A BIG HELP THE NEXT TIME WE HAVE TO EXPLAIN OUR HISTORY TO A PLUMBER. RAVINIA STRIKES ME AS SOMEWHAT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER PLUMBERS (NOT CHEAP TO BEGIN WITH), BUT I DO HAVE CONFIDENCE THEY'LL DO A GOOD JOB.

DAVID WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EVEN CONVINCED ME TO NOT DO CERTAIN WORK I REQUESTED BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT SAVE ME MONEY. VERY GOOD JOB AND DONE IN ONE DAY.

RAVINIA GIVES GREAT SERVICE; I ALWAYS CALL THEM IN AN EMERGENCY. THEY'RE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME OTHER COMPANIES, BUT THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND IT'S USUALLY VERY QUICKLY. I HAD TO PAY OVERTIME ON A SATURDAY, BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT AND RISK ANOTHER BACKUP. PATRICK WAS NEAT AND PUNCTUAL. HE TOOK AWAY THE ROOTS FOUND IN THE PIPE AND TOOK OFF HIS SHOES BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE. RAVINIA PLUMBING IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HIGH-QUALITY COMPANY. IT'S WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.

VERY QUICK TO RESPOND. SOMEONE CAME OUT ON WEEK DAY WITHIN 1 HR OF MY CALL. IT WAS LATE IN SEASON (NOT TOO HOT ANYMORE) SO I'M SURE THAT HELPED WITH RESPONSIVENESS. THE HVAC REPAIRMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAIR. HE EXPLAINED WHY OLD A/C SYSTEM WAS NOT WORTH REPAIRING (20+ YEARS, LOTS OF RUST) AND HOW HE DID NOT WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY BY RE-CHARGING BECAUSE FREON WAS EXPENSIVE, WOULD LEAK OUT AND THE LEAK WAS TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR. IN THE END I HAD HIM RE-CHARGE AND IT DID LEAK OUT AS HE HAD PREDICTED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT VARIOUS A/C COMPANIES (BRYANT, CARRIER, TRANE, ETC.) AND PROVIDED SOME FREE ADVICE BASED ON HIS EXPERIENCE WITHOUT GOING INTO SALES MODE (SOME OF THE UNITS HE RECOMMENDED ARE NOT SOLD BY HIS COMPANY). ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT IS THEIR OFFICE SCREWED UP AND HAS BILLED MY CREDIT CARD 6-7 TIMES FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF WORK DONE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS (VERY ODD). AFTER 1ST 3 CHARGES, THEY CREDITED AND SAID THEY FIXED, BUT 3 MONTHS LATER, SAME PROBLEM AGAIN.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, BUT I WISH PLUMBERS WERE LESS EXPENSIVE!!
