They made a mistake once, however they came back three times and fixed it completely. I do not recall the price. They always do a wonderful job. They are on time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Dipietro Plumbing is a very responsible and dependable plumbing company. The serviceman was on time and very neat and polite. One thing nice about this company is that they offer a senior discount. Their prices are a little on the high side, but I think all plumbers charge too much.

We have been using them for a long time, and have always been pleased with their service and knowledge.

For the last forty years I have used there service. They are absolutely reliable you can leave the house while they are repairing or replacing. If you are not satisfied with the service and the problem didn't get fixed they will refund the money back to you. They are a very honest company.

We had always believed that original installation of these faucets by the builders was incorrect and Ravinia confirmed this but the warranty had just expired. He was good about sticking to the quoted priced, despite having to take longer than originally thought and did a good job.

Mahoney Plumbing has been our plumber of choice for several of our problems. They don't overcharge and will stick to a quoted price. The man came on time and was very neat and professional. This company doesn't keep you waiting and they do respond to phone calls.

They did the job pretty fast and got everything right, so I was pleased. They were polite and courteous. So overall I was happy with them, except for the fact that they're a little expensive.

This was a great experience. Everyone had water due to this storm. It was like 3 AM and my sump pump alarm started going off. I went to the basement and there was just water dashing up madly. I called Ravinia right away. They called me back within a 1/2 hour and they had someone out here by 8:00 AM. It was a guy I had never used before and his name was Bob. He really took charge and he was just wonderful. My refrigerator was not working because of this for some reason. Bob figured out why. He also asked me for a squeegee so I gave him one and he used it to get the water out of my entire basement. The next day he even came back to replace the battery back up in my sump pump. The first thing he did when he walked in here was ask me for a camera. I asked him why and he told me for insurance purposes. I would have never thought of that. I was just so impressed that they showed up so promptly with all that had been going on in the area.

I called only companies on Angie's List; some never called back and some gave estimates over the phone that were higher than DiPietro's (which by the way is now part of Keystone). Nick called back promptly, gave us an estimate (that was lower than that of the other companies), informed us when he would be out, arrived reasonably promptly and worked efficiently while explaining the operation of unit and its proper maintenance. The charge included his filling out the necessary forms for a village permit, and filing it at the village hall. He was pleasant, efficient, and professional.

Keystone was very good about scheduling an initial estimate. The person arrived on time and gave me an estimate on the spot. As soon as I obtained the tub, I called to schedule a time for install. It was several weeks between the estimate and getting the tub and Keystone called to follow-up, as well as sending a written proposal. On the day of the install, the plumber was friendly and completed the job on time, cleaned up the work area and took away the box/trash for the new tub. Overall, a great experience!!

This is an EXCELLENT company. Per my request, Ed called me 30 minutes prior to arrival and he came exactly on time, to the minute. He was great to deal with, extremely professional, clean, and through. He noticed that the previous owner had tiled over the existing flooring to he added a second seal to make sure there were no further leaks. In addition, he noticed that my sink and shower faucets were loose, so he tightened those without prompting. It was my first time trying Dipietro, and I just found myself a new plumbing company. I also thought that the pricing was extremely fair. Highly recommended!

Placed a call at 7:30 am. The receptionist said that someone would be out between 8:30-9:30 the same day. He arrived on time. He performed the work needed to open the clogged drain and fix the leaks. It took about 1.5 hours to complete. He recommended a product to help maintain the drains which we are planning on purchasing. Pleasant, work area was cleaned, and drain is working fine.

I was simply thrilled to find a company that would: 1) return phone calls as promised; 2) respond, despite an overwhelming emergency and having many demands. Ravinia's refreshing business manner, and fair prices in light of the circumstances, made me realize just what I had put up with with my prior plumber. I will be using Ravinia for all my plumbing needs in the future. Patrick, the technician, was competent, responsible and polite. While these should not be remarkable qualities, my past experience has been such that I found them to be such. Ravinia rerouted a sump-pump line for us earlier this year. The work was necessary because my other plumber ignored my several phone calls in February 2007; the pipe burst due to cold and I had a very serious underground leak (under a concrete patio). The prior plumber had no idea how to repair the leak, and told me so.

We had moved into an older home with 2 sump pumps, which we had never had before. One of them didn't work and the recent rains were overwhelming the other one. We called Ravinia and they sent someone out the very same day. Charlie came out and checked both pumps, got the broken one working without any need for new parts and explained how they worked and what we needed to do to keep them working properly. He was patient and professional!

The job went very well. Bob is a very nice man who has worked for DiPietro plumbing for many years. He was prompt and efficient, and was so Kind to suggest going through my front hall closet wall for the repair, and not the bathroom wall. He identified the problem within minutes of his arrival. He removed the wet insulation from the basement ceiling, and carefully placed it into a trash bag. He vacuumed the closet floor when he was done. I learned that DiPietro is merging with another company.

Service person was on time, polite and helpful. Determined that it would not be necessary, to pull the toilet out to fix the leak. When asked to check our sump pumps, he was very accommodating and helpful.

All the work was quick, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. You won't pay bargain rates, cost will be full rate, but it's the normal full rate all plumbers charge nowadays.

The plumber was great. He arrived when he said he would and worked to accommodate the painters' schedule over a period of four days.

Nick was prompt/responsive in quoting the project; even returned to update his quote once additional problems with existing structure was discovered. Once scheduled, plumber and apprentice arrived on time and remained focus on job. Dug into basement floor to replace waste stack to existing sewer, replaced cast iron up to 1st floor level existing bathroom and then new PVC from 1st floor to roof level. Primary workers were not aware the contract included backfilling and patching basement floor; they sent out another worker a different day to complete. Also, the flashing around the vent stack on the roof was pushed up and it took several weeks before it was eventually patched. Additionally, while working behind the bathroom wall, a section was pushed into the bathroom. We will repair ourselves, but disappointed a more thorough inspection was not done before workers left the premises as "job complete."

Bob called at 7:00 am (this appointment necessary prior to my work day) to confirm it was OK to come by for the repair. He arrived at 7:10. The repair was completed by 7:30, including his going out to the truck for a part. He also advised me on a replacement toilet seat for the master bathroom. Bob was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. This toilet has been repaired by a local northshore plumbing company that attempted, on two occasions, to fix it to the tune of $225.00. In both cases, within a few weeks, the toilet again began "ghost flushing". I will definitely call in DiPietro again!

Our incident happened late on a Sunday night. The plumber taking the call was incredibly helpful and helped me walk through a few steps to determine if I needed expensive Sunday night emergency service or could wait (we could not wait). When the rod broke, they made scheduling available to dig out the line in the driveway the next morning because we had to leave the house without water or toilet service. They dug out the line, fixed the problem and cleaned everything up. Their service guys were knowledgeable, polite and worked clean. We had a slight miscommunication about the price/estimate, but after some prodding it was worked out satisfactorily.

Working quickly and carefully, both jobs were completed more faster than expected. Once the backyard drain was cleared, he explained we didn't have to run the camera down, that it was an extra charge and we didn't have to do it. We decided to go ahead since we didn't know where the drain ran and this would give us some peace of mind about the condition of the pipes. All the work was performed with clear explanations and in a professional and friendly manner.

Excellent experience. Gabe arrived on time and was extremely helpful. He carefully inspected everything and identified the problem as gaps in the old grouting in the shower, not issues with the plumbing. He gave me very helpful advice on what to do next to cure both the leakage problem and to repair the kitchen ceiling. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and was generous with his advice on solving the overall problem rather than simply telling me it was not a plumbing issue and so "not his job". I really appreciated that "big picture" approach. I also really appreciated that he was patient and respectful, despite my obvious ignorance about the problem and the next steps. I would definitely hire this company again (and hope that Gabe was assigned the job).

We had a leak under the laundry room sink and called Ravinia late on Sunday afternoon. They called us back within 15 minutes and said they could come out that night but it would be more cost efficient for us if we wanted to wait til morning. We decided to wait since we could control the leak by funneling the water into a large bucket. Our repairman was at our door on Monday morning at 9:00 and quickly made the repairs. He knew just what was needed for the laundry room so we asked him to look at the two toilets too which he was also able to fix quickly. The repairman was very pleasant and efficient.

Very well. I solicited three proposals from heating contractors, all listed on Angie's List. Mahoney was the most competitive of the three, and did a great job. They showed up on time on the day we selected. The workers were professional and courteous. The job took a day and a half (they estimated between one and two days) and there were no extras.
