We had a clog in a pipe from the kitchen out to the sewer. Instead of draining the water and unclogging it, he sliced it in half somewhere at the clog and then patched it back together with some pipe repair material. I was not happy with it. He should have asked us before he cut the pipe. I talked to the owner and he said he would put in a new pipe. He sends the same guy back, he had a bad attitude and I wasn't sure I wanted him in my house again. They made my pipe right-we're ok now, but it just wasn't right at the time.

The plumber showed up on time and took several hours to use camera to scope the sewer. Just getting the estimate for repair work was $500 - much higher than what I paid other plumber to scope. Then, it took several phone calls to get them to provide a written estimate for work to be done. After a couple of weeks, they finally had their estimator take a look at the video and provide an estimate. I believe the plumber they sent to do the scoping wasn't very experienced, thus the high cost of $500 just to scope (they charge by the hour). Not sure why he couldn't have provided the written estimate instead of having to wait weeks to get an estimator to review. I have contacted them several times to get a copy of the video (which I paid for), but have never received. I believe it's best to work with a company that specializes in sewer work for these types of repairs -- especially since they can run more than $5,000.00.

After the initial man came out there was a problem so they sent out another man with a little more experience to solve issue.

The man who came was wonderful, he did a great job he was very quick. I thought that the price was very fair. He gave me advice on what faucets to purchase and which were best. He offered his services any time and said to call with problem. It was a great experience I definitely would hire him again

Jeremy was very courteous and knowledgeable. However the price was far in excess of what is available in the market.

They get lots of awards because they are really good. All of the guys are really professional and they call before they arrive. I have used them for 15 years. I like how they educate me a little and they are always helpful. They put the booties on, tidy up, and take all the garbage they accumulate with them.

They were easy to work with. They were easy to schedule to get the work done. They were punctual, professional, neat, and clean. They cleaned up the mess afterwards and they were knowledgeable about what needed to be dong. I recommend them.

Called Ravinia at 10am because water heater was leaking. They came out shortly after noon and had it replaced by 3pm. Very professional, tidy and did a great job.

Due to corrosion of the faucet it took over an hour to complete the job. Plumbers are expensive; thus the B rating for price. We did not comparison shop as Ravinia has done work for us before and we trust them.

I have no complaints. I did not get any competing estimates. I knew they were local and had a good reputation. We had an emergency and they came right out. I would consider using them again. everything went well but they were not able to recommend someone to fix the asphalt they had to rip up. I am annoyed at that.

This part of our project went very well. We are very pleased with the new laundry area. The Mahoney staff is a pleasure to work with. Mr. Mahoney gave a reasonable price and a thorough estimate. The office staff is courteous, efficient and helpful. The plumber was prompt, dependable, flexible, and neat. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up the work area each day.

Called Keystone and asked for Bob, who has done work previously in my home. He came the next day and tried to repair the pipe, but the freezing temperature had expanded the copper piping, which made it impossible to repair at that point. He returned the next day with more supplies and removed a large section of the pipe and replaced it accordingly. He recommended that we not close the wall with dry wall but with wood so as to have access if this happened in the future. We insulated each pipe and the entire area and sealed the wall with wood.

The price was great. They were competent and fair.

They are professional, prompt, and did everything they were expected and more. They were way above other estimates but we picked them because they used better equipment then the other estimates. I have yet to see if the system works right, but I was surprised at the higher level of detail and better quality of their work compared to other plumbers we have used. They are expensive but you seem to get what you pay for. Recommend without reservations.

We waited one half hour after the appointment time and then called the company to find out where the estimator was. The estimator then called to confirm that he had "forgotten to write it down." ($2,500)

We have had multiple jobs done by Tom and his folks and have been consistently impressed with the quality of work, the pleasant interaction and the cost. We have a house from the 1920's and each and every plumber that has come through has been professional and courteous.

I decided to go w/ a different contractor only do to cost. I truly felt like this company was the best qualified of three I received bids from. Going forward, I will def. do business w/ them at some point. Would consider them for service of the unit.

Our call was answered by a knowledgeable phone attendant, who had a plumber to us within two hours. He found that the toilet had been installed without an extension pipe and with an old, hardened wax ring. The pipe had to be special ordered, and when it came in two days later, the company immediately contacted us and arranged an specific appointment for the following morning, which allowed us both to get to work on time without hanging out all day waiting for a repairman. Kevin the plumber was polite, thorough and neat.

The service was good. We don't live in the home yet but they came promptly, very pleasant.

Originally installed a Blue Angel system that failed twice due to becoming clogged with silt in the sump pit. Ravinia stood behind their product and service by replacing the Blue Angel with an Aquanot system without charge. The Aquanot has worked flawlessly since installation. Company seems to take pride in their work and stands behind the customer. Have used in the past and will continue to use again.

Excellent. Called at 8:30am, was told someone could come between 10 and noon. Plumber arrived at 10:00 sharp. Was friendly, professional, efficient. Got the job done.

I am very satisfied, they really know what they are doing. There is no "attitude" from their people, everyone seems very friendly, and knows what they are doing.

I have always used them, both in my house and my business, mainly because they do really great work, and they are very professional. The price is their bill, as well as $200 for the new faucet.

DiPietro scheduled an appointment for the next day in response to our non-emergency service call. Ed arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. We appreciated his expertise in plumbing and his help in determining whether to repair or replace one of our toilets. We decided to replace one of our older toilets (1976) instead of having it repaired. We will purchase the toilet at a local hardware store and will have DiPietro install it.

It took them one day to check the water heater. They were nice people, but a bit pushy. They were insisting that they wanted to service the heater from then on. I said that we would decide and let them know later.
