I called JEJ Masterclean and set up an appointment for an estimate. Jim came on time and went through the house to give me an estimate. He is extremely qualified, personable, and thorough. He realized, without me telling him, that the carpets on the main floor were wool and would have to be cleaned at a lower temerature. The other company I had out did not mention this. Jim clearly explained my options. He quoted me the best price but I was so impressed that, even if he had been a little higher, I still would have used him. He showed up on time and did all the work exactly as promised. The only reasons I rated a B for quality is because there was some VERY MINOR streaking and a couple of pet stains that did not completely come out but are barely noticeable. I would highly recommend JEJ Masterclean to anyone. I will be using them at my old house before I put it on the market and they will be my first choice in the future.

I closed on my house on Friday evening and sent out emails late Friday night that I needed someone to clean my carpets Monday morning. Jim emailed back that same night and would have been out on Sunday if I requested it. He called me exactly when he said he would and quoted me a very reasonable price. He arrived on time at 8 am Monday morning and was very professional. I almost replaced our carpet because there were black stains and even a wine or kool aid stain from the previous owners. Our carpet looks brand new and was worth every penny. He was fast and efficient and will definitely have him back to clean our bedroom carpets.

He was on time, friendly, organized and did tasks in a timely manner.

It was a fantastic experience. Jim came within 24 hours to give an estimate and schedule the job. He arrived promptly every day of the three-day job and was extremely professional and personable. He went right to work each day and got the job done on-time as promised and it was a daunting task. His work was so good that we will NOT have to paint three rooms that we thought were going to have to be done due to smoke discoloration. Jim's work was flawless and he knows just what to do to get a house sparkling again. Plus, he takes great pride in what he does and wants to make sure his clients are happy. This one definitely is. I was so pleased with what he did at my parents' house that I have already scheduled him to come and do some work at my home so it, too, sparkles for the holidays.

Jim was great on the phone, and arrived here promptly. He explained what he would do, and then worked efficiently. He pretreated the stains, put styrofoam blocks under any furniture legs, and was careful around our furniture. The carpets look brand new and we couldn't be happier with his work. Jim is a really nice guy, too, and a pleasure to have in your home. I would definitely call him again. His price was also much more reasonable than many of the other companies we called.

They are a wonderful company. They were on time and were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jim accommodated our tight schedule to clean our house before we moved in. The start date had to be pushed back since the painters were not finished. Jim adjusted his schedule accordingly. He detail cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms and power washed the cement floor in our unfinished basement. He also cleaned the wood floors.

It went really well, came on time, the carpet looks like new even though is 10+ years old and the price was fair for the amount of time he spent (3 hours) to clean approx 2,000 sq. feet. He was courteous and tidy.

I sent an email in the evening regarding needing the larger area rug cleaned and could I drop it off before or after work one day. Jim called me back the next morning even though he was on vacation out of state. Now that's responsive. Once he explained how it is labor intensive to clean just the area rug we discussed possibly cleaning it at my office together with two rooms. Jim said he'd call me on Saturday when he returned to town to discuss a good time to stop by and estimate the job. I forgot about it, ignored the call because I thought it was another caller, but Jim followed up the next day by calling again. We met as arranged for the estimate and agreed to a date and time for service. Jim called the day before to advise that he may be an hour later due to a prior job being backed up by an hour. It really didn't matter to me because I knew someone would be here whatever time he arrived so it was a nice touch. He arrived on time and got right to work. He even threw in 3 other small area rugs which were strewn about the rooms. Jim did a PHENOMENAL job. My carpet looks new even though it is over 4 years old and badly stained in several areas. No more stains and bright, clean carpet.

I called him on a Friday evening and he answered the phone (which was surprisig) and came the next day to give me an estimate. The estimate took him about 20 minutes and he put it all in writing. He was professional, friendly, energetic, up beat, and a true gentleman to work with. He loved my kids and pets and got the job done in a quick and efficient manner (about two hours). Not to mention, he gave us a great price on top of it all! He wasn't sure if he would be able to get them all clean because I had never had a professional cleaner before. However, the off white, burber carpets are literally sparkling. He got the carpets so clean that they look like brand new! I could not be more excited or satisfied with my experience today. I would give him all A+s!

I had an issue with pet urine odors in my 2nd bedroom. JEJ came out on short notice to clean the carpet. Jim did an excellent job, now there are no smell and the carpet looks great. This is the 2nd time I have used JEJ and they have done an excellent job both times.

Jim was friendly and professional. There were some boards and extra insulation in the back of the crawl space that he bagged up for me and put out front for the garbage truck. He completed the job in a timely manner and explained the other services his company offers. I would not hesitate to use JEJ again.

Jim was fabulous from the beginning. He followed up promptly after the initial contact, came out and gave an estimate and was almost dead on (the estimate was based on number of hours). He showed up, discussed the job and discussed several options. He was very flexible and accommodating when we changed the scope of the job midstream. When finished, the place was fabulously clean.

Responded immediately to my first phone call. He came and gave estimate 2 days later and did the job immediately. He was prompt, clean and very respectfull. Excellent job would definetly recommend to friends. THANK YOU
