I called Jim for an estimate for carpet cleaning on Monday. He gave me an estimate over the phone, including the Angie's List discount, and scheduled our work for Friday of the same week. Jim arrived on time, assessed the stains, and cleaned our beige carpets beautifully. They haven't looked this good since we moved in! Besides being punctual and professional, Jim is extremely knowledgeable about his work, and as owner of the business, he is focused on customer satisfaction. I would recommend Jim to anyone. If we need more carpet cleaning services, he's our guy!

Jim did an excellent job cleaning all the carpets in our home. We were pleased enough with his work and work ethic that we invited him to come back to clean two pieces of upholstered furniture. We have, in fact, recommened him to several friends.

The largest area was our basement, which until recently was the home of our two large dogs. Jim cleaned the carpet, eliminating years of accumulated dog stains and odors. I thought we might need to replace the carpet, but Jim's cleaning brought it back. Looks great now and has no odors. The second area was our master bedroom. The nylon carpet is colored Ivory and readily shows dirt and high traffic areas. Again, Jim brought the carpet back to near new look. Jim bothered to stop cleaning an area before he finished it and show me side-by-side sections of cleaned and uncleaned carpet. The difference was impressive. Jim is a hard worker and seems very experienced. He worked rapidly and took care to protect our furniture and our floors where his hoses were lain between our entry and the rooms he was working in. He is good natured and has a great attitude. He is professional, polite, and a pleasant guy to have had working in our home.

Jim did a fantastic job! Needed carpet stretched, he said it had to be done before cleaning, he recommended someone & I was pleased with his referral. Was able to have carpets cleaned the next day, Jim was punctual professional & hard at work, especially since it was the hottest day of the year! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great carpet cleaning services!

Jim was about an hour later than our estimated start time, but there was massive power outages all over Lake County at the time. He called ahead to let us know, and when he came he went over our job and made good recommendations, then he proceeded directly and did a good job. We are pleased with the result.

We were wowed with the results. After reading his reviews and speaking with Jim I decided to wait a few weeks (because he is very busy) and hired him to clean our carpets. Jim was prompt, extremely thorough and made our carpets look like new. I know i got my money's worth and will be a repeat customer.

Jim arrived right on time. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and he gave me a realistic idea of how well the areas would respond to cleaning. He moved all the furniture and cleaned these two rooms in little over an hour. These carpets look beautiful! With two children and four dogs I was seriously considering replacement but thought I would give it a last ditch effort. Boy am I glad I did! I've scheduled my entire upstairs to be cleaned by him next week. I would reccomend him to anyone.

Just call JEJ /Jim and do not waste your time calling anybody else! Called JEJ/Jim who is the owner and he answered the phone the first time I called (nice not dealing with leaving voice mails back and forth, which we all know occurs quite a bit in dealing with contractors/services for the home). Jim explained over the phone what his services entail/pre treat spray/steam clean carpet with powerful truck mounted system and gave me a ballpark estimate on what I had told him with regards to the carpet clening and the estimated square feet I thought we had. He stated he could come over and give an actual estimate on 5/31 after exact measurments taken and looking at our carpets condition, but after speaking to him on the phone and the positive feedback he has on Angies List just told him to come over and do the work as he had sounded very down to earth and honest and told him I trusted he would treat us right and be fair (Which he certanly did!). Jim came over on time on 5/31 and is great to deal with. He looks very professional and clean and has a great demeanor. Jim measured and the actual estimate was lower than the phone estimate due to me giving him an estimated square footage of how much area of carpeting we had which was a little higher than his measurements. Also, while he was here I asked about his grout cleaning services and he stated he did clean grout and he took a look at our floor grout in two bathrooms and gave a price and we just said to do it as it seemed very fair and he seemed very honest and is great to deal with. Our carpeting, which is almost white in color and we beleive to be approx. 15 yrs old...as old as the house tuned out great! The carpeting after Jim's work/cleaning almost looks new and is toitally dry less than 24 hrs later! Much better results than expected or past services used!. He tells it like it is if he thinks something may or may not come out. Also, the grout on our bathroom floors especially in our master bathroom which was really disgusting looking looks like new again! JEJ/Jim was excellent in service and his work/honesty ethic is great. Good people are hard to find these days and it is a pleasure dealing with people like Jim. I highly recommend him and will when I hear family/freinds/neighbors looking for carpet or grout cleaning services!

My husband and I hired Jim, owner and operator of JEJ Masterclean, Inc. due to ALL of his great reviews on Angie's List. We found Jim extremely easy to work with, and he was especially helpful with our scheduling process, which we were having some difficulty with. The job that we hired him for was cleaning the wall to wall carpet in our very large finished basement, and the steps are carpeted and included in the cleaning. He had his work cut out for him, because we have 3 dogs here, and one is a puppy and went through an illness that resulted in several stains. Jim did an amazing job, and it was a challenge! Jim comes prepared with a professional truck mount system. I believe his pricing is fair, and he is VERY conscientious about his work. I'm sure we'll be hiring him again!! Well done!!!

From my first call to the last handshake, the experience with JEJ Masterclean was very professional and satisfying as you hope it would be as a customer. Jim either answered my calls directly or returned them quickly as we arranged his services. The estimate he provided over the phone was based on information I gave him about the room sizes and condition of carpet and that was what I paid upon completion of the job. Our house was freshly painted within the last 30 days and Jim was very careful with his hoses and did not make any marks on the walls or flooring as a result. I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend JEJ Masterclean to anyone needing the services he provides.

Jim did a terrific job on our carpet!! He was there on time, worked quickly but thoroughly, and was done at the time he said he would be. It was well worth the money spent. We will definitely use this service again. And the dog liked him, too. :-)

We just purchased our house and I went on Angie's list and was pleased with other's ratings of his services so used Jim to clean all the carpets in the house. He was very responsive and was able to come out the next day to view and quote me a price. I had already contracted with someone to change out the carpet on the stairs since it was so stained, however, decided to have Jim clean it just to see if the stains would come out. They all did so I've since decided not to re-carpet. Thanks Jim! He let me know when he was there all of the other services he provides as well and since I was so pleased with the carpet cleaning, I ended up hiring him to come back and do a deep cleaning on a few other areas like 3 of the showers (badly stained), pantry, floors, washing machine, oven, microwave, refridgerator and a few areas in two of the bathrooms. I am very pleased with his work and would hire him again. He is prompt, accomodating and reasonably priced. I spent ~$488 on our large basement carpet, 2 sets of stairs and 1 other room, as well as upholstry cleaning of my 6 kitchen chairs and 1 armoire. I spent $292 for the other deep house cleaning.

Overall, the job went very well. They were good on promptness, price and quality of work. They were friendly. I would use them again in the future.

Jim was great to deal with!. I reached him on my first call. He was flexible about the scheduling, called me the day before to remind me and was right on time. The carpets were heavily soiled in several areas - pet oils and other pet stains. Most of the carpet was much older and that I thought getting it clean was possibly hopeless. Really took great care and did an excellent job. I had purchased one of the steam vacs and did most of the carpet last year when we first listed the house for sale. Jim's work really put my work to shame! Very reasonably priced and the carpets look amazing! Would definitely use him again. Not much carpting in our new home, but would use him for other jobs. He is the owner, does all the work himself, and the pride he takes in his work is obvious. Couldn't be more pleased.

I emailed Jim after reviewing his work on Angie's List and within minutes had a reply back with an estimate and scheduled cleaning date. We had ~300 sq ft of pretty dirty berber carpet masterfully cleaned and even a rust stain removed. The carpet is 6 yrs old but now looks like new. Jim arrived on time, was very courteous, and completely professional. I will have Jim back for any cleaning and highly recommend him!

He came out a few days later. Measured the area, then proceeded to clean. I've rented those machines from the local big-box store and I thought I did a pretty good job. I was wrong! Jim did a GREAT job. Even a couple of high-traffic areas I had trouble with, no problem for him. And his estimate was spot (no pun intended) on. I was considering getting rid of the carpet. Not anymore.

Jim arrived promptly (actually, arrived early so he could check out our screened porch for potential cleaning the same day). He had to move a bunch of things to do a thorough cleaning, and he did so in a very friendly and helpful manner. And he did it after he cleaned the grout and tile from my screened porch, which was a last minute addition to what I wanted him to do. He's super. Very efficient, very professional.

I first called for an estimate when Jim was recommended by a trusted painter. After checking him out on Angie's list, where he has rave reviews, I called him to get an estimate. He came within a few hours. His estimate was the actual cost, and came in well under the next lowest price I had received. I hired him, and he started work a few days later. As expected, it took two days. He arrived promptly at 8 each morning. He takes obvious pride in his work, and several times had me check to see the results. The second day he asked me how my husband liked what he had done to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were. As he was leaving, I mentioned how dirty my garage floor was. He said he could do that for us. And our tile floor on the screen porch, too. He gave me the price on the spot for the two jobs, and I will give my own rave report for those jobs under pressure washing and tile and grout cleaning. Jim is very friendly, prompt in responding to phone calls, and very professional. I highly recommend him.

Jim Arrived promptly. He was already scheduled to come Monday morning to clean our garage floor, but we called him Sunday evening to see if he could clean the tile floor in our screened porch. We were concerned because the walls have dryvit, which we did not want to get damp or wet. Jim answered the phone (we expected to get an answering machine) and said he would take a look at it, but he was certain he could accomplish the work since he used a vacuum extracter for the water. He moved the furniture around as needed, and he even put out on the deck the deck furniture for me. He also cleaned off the bottom of the porch furniture. Jim goes above and beyond the call of duty, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He also gives a discount for Angie List users.

I discovered my child had used her bright green crayon on our sofa on a Saturday evening. I went on Angie's List and found this company. I wrote JEJ Masterclean an email thru Angie's List about 7pm Saturday, asking for the soonest available appointment. He called me within 5 minutes of my sending the email to discuss the problem, and agreed to come out Monday late morning. I was very impressed with his fast response, and also impressed with the conversation on the phone. He asked a lot of questions about the fabric, and told me his Plan A for cleaning it, and then his Plan B if needed. Monday he called me on the way to my house to let me know when he'd be arriving. (early, by the way). He came to the house, was very friendly and professional. He got the stain out quickly, spent quality time cleaning the sofa, and then gave me instructions on drying it. He then called me the next morning to ensure that I was happy with the results and that everything was okay.

He took his time preparing the carpet, especially in high traffic areas. He did an excellent job and we will use him again. He was very personable. Recommend this service highly. Good value for the price.
