Our time to get this job completed was limited and we were happy that the company could meet our specific time frame. He quickly responded to our inquiry and spent the time to get the details of our house. He arrived on time and completed the job in the time he had given. The result truly amazed us. Provider was very communicative, prompt, and professional. Worked hard to clean some fairly dirty carpets; gave us recommendations on how to keep carpet cleaner in the future. Was friendly, competitively priced, and very commuincative.

The service was great. James answered promptly when I called and was able to schedule a time for the next week. Unfortunately, my work schedule changed and I had to re-schedule. He was very nice about changing the date. James said that he would be there by 8:00 so he could get started before I left for work. He was at my house and ready to get started by 7:45. We have two very badly behaved dogs and my carpets were in terrible shape. James warned that he may not be able to get out all the stains. He had given me an estimate of $214 over the phone based on my description of the rooms. When he did the measurements, he revised the amount to $202. I had to go to work and wasn't in the house while James was cleaning the carpets. When I got home, I was amazed and thrilled. The carpets looked and smelled like new. I was not expecting such a great result. From now on, James is the only carpet cleaner I'll use.

Excellent service. He called to say he was "on his way"; arrived early; measured the areas needing cleaning; explained his methods; provided the total cost before he began the service; carpets looked new - even the traffic areas were restored. I have never been more pleased with a carpet cleaning service. This owner/operator, James Jassak, is extremely professional, a "rare find" in this business. I will use him in the future and recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Called Jim after finding him on Augies List. I needed a fast turnaround and Jim was able to schedule me within a couple of days. He arrived on time and did a super job at a reasonable. My neighbor has now used him also.

Jim arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He treated the pet stains and high traffic areas then steam cleaned them. He spent about 2 hours cleaning two rooms of carpeting and they look like brand new. He did an amazing job and the actual cost was less than he quote.

Jim was very easy to work with as we tried to get the condo painted and cleaned in a two week period. One re-schedule was necessary on my part due to painting not completed and Jim was very easy to work with even though he was quite busy. Jim arrived early for the job and we were able to get everything squared away. I arrived back at about 6:00 PM and the condo was perfectly cleaned and the carpets were also cleaned. Jim went above and beyond to make everything sparkle and we were able to get it on the market that Monday. Jim was a very personable and efficient person and I would recommend him to anyone in need of housecleaning or carpet cleaning. I am so glad we were able to find him on Angie's List.

Jim arrived promptly and finished the job in about 2 hours. He cleaned the carpet that covered the risers as well as the stairs themselves. I have never seen that done before and appreciated the attention to detail. The carpets dried more quickly than I thought they would. We could not have asked for more courteous or professional service. Our carpets are ready for the holidays!

Fantastic! He helped me rotate rugs and move furniture out of the way. He was honest about dry-cleaning vs. washing a tricky cotton covered chair and it came out beautiful.

We had Jim in January, we got him from Angie's List. We have to say of all the Angie's list contractors we have had, Jim is the best. He is always on time,conscientious and hard working. He is very polite and friendly. He does a fantastic job. He takes his time to do the best job possible. He will be cleaning out carpets and furniture for a time.

We were so happy with his responsivness and results. We had odor from our pet that was eliminated and the whole area looked very fresh and clean when he was done.

Customer satisfaction is a term thrown around loosely. Jim of JEJ takes this seriously. He clearly explains his equipment and methods. He makes sure you are satisfied after each area is cleaned. He works extremely ard and is very thorough - he does not rush through his job He is professional and personable. He like to bring the carpet back to its original state and does not believe in upcharges by suggesting additional services that add chemicals to your carpet or upholster (it's possible he offers these you insist). We were very pleased with the outcome but with all carpet cleaning, it's best to be realistic about worn carpet and permanent stains that nobody can resolve. We changed carpet cleaners to give JEC a try (based on Angies List reviews) and Jim will now be our go-to service twice a year.

What a wonderful experience! I sent Jim an email and he got back to me right away even though he was on vacation! The carpet cleaning was scheduled within four days of my email and I couldn't be happier. Jim was meticulous, professional, and my carpets look like new. Jim called me before he left the house to explain what he had done and asked me to call him when I arrived home so that I could offer him feedback on the services.
