Jim had cleaned our carpets the week before, and we were very happy with it, so we decided to have our tile and grout cleaned as well. He was able to schedule us the following week. He was great to work with again and we were very happy with the work!

From the first phone call all the way through the completed job, Jim was professional and did a fantastic job! He returned my call promptly, arrived on time for our cleaning, walked through the areas and thoroughly described the work he would do. Our carpets came out way better than we expected. He took time and care to get stains out. We will definitely hire JEJ Masterclean again...and won't wait so long to get our carpets cleaned next time.

I had a very tight schedule and timeline so I had to leave them with the house on their own and asked if they would lock up afterwards which they did. I was very appreciative of that because they helped me out on a very hectic day to get it done. They were very easy to work and very professional.

It went well, all carpet was cleaned in a timely fashion. They were promptly on time and was able to get a number of hard clean old stains that other cleaners weren't able to get out.

The experience could not have gone better. Jim is a nice man, very professional and excellent at his work. Ours was a small job and I was concerned that he wouldn't be interested, especially when I need to reschedule. The size of the job didn't seem to matter as Jim was responsive, polite and on time. The results are outstanding. I will certainly hire him again and recommend him to my closest friends.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! Jim is the definition of a professional. I wasn't sure how clean he could get th carpet since I had rented various cleaners in the past with minimal success. After the job was complete, Jim walked me through and made sure I was satisfied with the results. SPEECHLESS is a total understatement. Our realtor said, "WOW" and my wife said "That's AMAZING!" There's a reason why Jim is usually booked a few weeks out, because he's the best in the business.

Jim did an amazing job on my carpeting. It had not been cleaned in three or four years. It was dirty, and had stains from two cats. Once the cats' issues were cleared up, I called Jim and hoped for the best. Jim gave me options for treating the stains, the overall carpet and the cost. It truly looks brand new!

Have used this company a number of times. Set up appointment three weeks ago at my request. Jim arrived right on schedule, we did a quick run-through of the work. He explainted the cost for everything to be cleaned. Jim completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. Carpet looks brand new and chairs look fresh and bright.

Jim called before arriving to confirm. Measured all the areas to determine the price. He did 3 bedrooms, hall, stairs and 9x6 rug. He was very courteous and professional. Take care to cover the floors for his equipment. Done in about 2 hours. The carpets look great.

I left a voicemail to get an estimate for a move-out carpet cleaning for our townhouse for the following week. Jim called back 10 minutes later and was very professional and apologetic that he could not accommodate our schedule. He does all the work himself and gets booked up. His earliest opening was in 2 weeks. Maybe another time...

Jim is a gem! We decided to try him based on Angie's List reviews. He listens well, and all his communications were clear to us. Jim did all the work, asked us to come inspect between sections, and put in a full days work. The high traffic areas and stairs look almost new. No damage to furniture or walls. Dried quickly, except one of the stairs which had a lot of stain pre-treatment needed a fan for 2 days. He proved himself caring and trustworthy, we liked his work.

I found JEJ carpet cleaning on Angies list and found one other well known provider from nearby area, but the other provider never responded to my voicemail whereas Jim was very prompt and reached out the same day. He was very transparent of the cost involved and service he was going to provide. He did a great job in getting the carrpet cleaned and made them as good as new. I wouldnt hesitate to hire his services again.
