Jim did a masterful job. Carpet looks like new! Are used him two years ago, almost 3 and was satisfied then. I’m satisfied again and I will continue to use him and recommend him.

I wouldn't trust my carpets to anyone other than Jim at JEJ Masterclean. He has been taking care of them for 7 years now (after first discovering him on Angie's List), and they continue to look like new despite the fact that they're 16 years old. At my request, Jim calls me each year with a reminder message. He is very accommodating in his scheduling, and always arrives precisely on time. Jim is careful to protect my furniture, and to put blocks underneath all the furniture to protect them and the carpet from any dampness. He is extremely competent, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home.

Jim is as professional as they come. Showed up on time (actually 10 mins early), checked my rough measurements against the actual room dimensions, then lowered the price because I had overstated the number of square feet, and then went about doing his work. He works very intensely -- here's a guy who cares about his work product. Carpets look soooo much better. Would hire him again -- frankly wish he was also a painter and a plumber because those two tradesman failed to even show up as scheduled on the same day Jim was there.

If you have stains from pets, kids or a red wine drinking spouse, Jim will take care of it for you. He's extremely professional, reliable and just a great guy who takes real pride in the job he does. I have used this service for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. Whether you have specific stains you need removed or would just like to have your carpets freshened up, Jim at JEJ should be the first and only call you make.

Jim did a great job. He showed up on time. He was able to get out stains my previous cleaner had not gotten out, and got an area rug that was pretty dirty/spotted clean! He charged me a little less than his original estimate because I didn’t request that he move the furniture. Overall, I was very happy with the job. It was my first time using him but I will definitely use him again.

Have had Jim for years. Always does a great job. Very professional and friendly.

This is our 4th year with Jim and each time he has made our 30 year old carpeting look like new. No pet stains, no muddy boot stains, no spilled food stains...Jim was even able to remove an ugly, large, dark stain of tree sap where we had splashed some tar-like water out of the Christmas tree stand. I thought this year that I was finally going to get some new carpeting but thanks to Jim's incredible cleaning my husband says we don't need it. What's a girl to do? But seriously, we thank you Jim for the best carpet cleaning we have ever experienced as well as your considerable attention to detail, your care with our furniture, your warm way with our pets and how you back out of the house when you're done so that not even a foot print is noticeable. We highly recommend Jim and JEJ Masterclean!

Scheduled appointment 1 month ago. Jim showed up right on time and finished within 2 hours. As always, he does a thorough and professional job. And, he's a great guy too.

Jim was great! We made an appointment for a few days after I called. He was at the door right on time and got to work right away. He was professional and efficient without seeming rushed. He did a fantastic job! Our carpet looks brand new! Jim got out stains that I thought we would just have to live with. Wow! I’d highly recommend JEJ Masterclean.
