Jack was the consummate professional. He very generously agreed to honor my Angie's List coupon even though I'd let the expiration date pass by a couple weeks. He arrived precisely on time, was pleasant to work with, and extremely thorough about his work (both in terms of making sure the job was done to my satisfaction as well as cleaning up the area at the end). We will definitely be calling Jack in the future!

Due to my work schedule, I had to reschedule work date a few times. Jack was very responsive with emails and worked around my schedule. He always responded to a call or email and completed the work on a Saturday.

Outlet popped and smoked at a rental property. Couldn't take care of it myself. Needed someone to check it out and replace/repair. No trouble getting hold of them late in day. Gave me same day vs next day rates so I could decide on time. Chose next day. They got out there first thing in the morning 7:00am. Guy was prepared and thorough. Resolved all issues. Got a great deal because property was nearby, am a repeat customer, and used my Angie's List coupons. Really like these guys (and Angies List of course).

Used an Big Deal to put in a whole house surge protector. Work went very smooth and technician was very professional, went above and beyond the scope of the work.

He did a great job. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I wanted certain improvements, but due to the age of my house, it would have meant cutting holes in the drywall, or quick work-arounds. Whatever I agreed to, that's what they did. Love them!

The technician was very professional, checking with me along the way to ensure completeness. He also was willing to look at a few extra potential projects for the future. Very fair pricing. I would definitely use them again.

It was a small job but I was very impressed he came out the same day and it was quite a distance for him to travel. He was very professional and did a great job with the work. I would recommend him to others in the future for similar work.

Angie’s List had a special for CGI’s for one day and I signed up for it as I needed a couple of those. He had so many responses that it took him a while to get back to me. I told him that was fine and when he got a break to let me know. He did and we made arrangements. He went in on a Saturday which was ideal for our tenants because I have a house in Chicago but I live in New York. Considering the fact that I was not there to oversee the work, my tenants took a picture of the CGI’s that he installed and I am assuming they worked. I was very grateful that he went in on a Saturday because it was more convenient for my tenants. He brought me up to speed on something because I wanted the CGI to be installed in the washing machine in the basement. He said that he wouldn’t be able to install these CGI’s as these were standard CGI outlets for bathrooms and kitchens. I told him to put in what was necessary and then I asked him to check in for the extra amount. It was an extra $14 and I asked him what about the transportation from where he had to go and purchase it and he said he was a fair person. I paid $100 to Angie’s and an additional $82 to Bravo because I had him do a couple of extra things. He had to drill a hole in the wall to install the CGI in the basement bathroom. It was just a $100 for four CGI outlets installed as long as it was simple installation. The total was $182 and it was more than fair. I am happy as a clam. I have already referred them to others. I don’t know what electricians charge for an hour and this price was reasonable. This was a long distance repair that took place and I cannot be any happier than I am. I had someone go and check and everything looks okay.

I bought a deal from Angie's List for this establishment - to convert 5 electrical outlets to GFI for $99. I was very impressed by the service. The electrician (Jack Blazejewski, the proprietor) scheduled an appointment very promptly, was on time, and did an outstanding job. He explained various things about the outlets to me, such as how to test them. He also installed a light on my oven (which had been giving us fits trying to install it - we had already broken one trying to put it in) for free, even though that wasn't part of the deal. He checked every outlet inside and outside the house to make sure they were working properly. He was very personable and helpful. I recommend Bravo very highly, and will certainly call them the next time I have an electrical problem. It's hard to find a good electrician, and I'm very happy that I've finally done so.

He has not completed the job but all the communication and accessibility has been great.

At the end of the day, we received zero GFI outlets, despite the electrician's two attempts to come out and install them. This is unacceptable to me. I would propose that he refund half of the payment at the very least. Also, I believe the "Big Deal" ad was misleading. When he came out, he mentioned that it is hard to install these in very old homes because of the old electrical boxes and BX cable. If something had been mentioned in the ad with some baseline qualifications, I would not have spent $99 to have an electrician come out to my house and tell me that my home's electrical is old. I am very disappointed in the level of service exhibited here by Angie's List and Bravo Electric. The deal seems to have been shoddily put together.

I used the big deal for this service. I don’t remember how much I paid them but it was the same as what the deal offered. I liked the guys. I haven’t had any electrical work that I needed to call people for it since then. If I had major stuff I will call them again. I was real happy with them. I had something done by them last year as well. I’ve had three people come out based on recommendations, and they’ve all been fantastic. I’ve been real happy with their quality. I haven’t had any problem or anything like that. They were easy to get in touch with and make appointments with. I haven’t had any rescheduling or any issues like that. They were professional and great. They explained everything and they asked if I wanted parts that were lower and all that stuff. I’m happy with them and they did a good job. I will use their services again in the future.

I was calling from five hours away about a home we rent. New tenants were trying to move in over a holiday weekend after bad storms had once again hit the area. Jack was at the home within an hour of my call. The tenants were very grateful for the fast and courteous service. Normally a service visit like this would cost and arm and a leg. I found the price very reasonable and the work professionally done.

They did a very efficient job. On time. They did it correctly.

Our old Coleman Generator was no longer operable. We contacted a number of companies to purchase and install, as well as taking the old generator away. Bravo Electric (Jack Blazejewski) did submit a bid on a 10k Generac "Guardian" generator. We also wanted a bid on another brand, which we considered a better generator, which was Kohler. With the one bid on the Generac, Jack wrote: "I am still waiting on the Kohler representative who was supposed to provide "sale price" on a comparable unit. They are usually 150 to 200% more expensive than Generac."We never heard back from Jack at Bravo on a bid for Kohler. We did find a 14k Kohler at a very good price, much less than Jack was suggesting in his response to us and had it installed.I am not blaming Jack but a follow up, when he did not get the Kohler bid would have been appreciated.

They did a fine job for us. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and did a nice job.

I liked working with them. They were easy to work with.

Jack (?) was fantastic to work with. Scheduling was a bit hectic as he's a busy man, but once he's on site, he did what he was supposed to do and more, more in the sense of looking at my electric panel and educating me on what's what, and what shouldn't be what. He even replaced couple of breakers that aren't supposed to be there (all breakers on a panel should be off the same brand according to him) for free for me. Great guy to work with, I'll be sure to call him for any future needs.

Outstanding....scheduling , delivery,installation were all perfect...no surprises. Jack also identified a potential problem and corrected it.

I bought the deal but after calling the company several times and leaving messages they never once called me back. This caused me to lose faith in them and I had my Big Deal refunded.

Jack and his staff respond quickly and are very professional. It has been easy to schedule time with him. I have used them many times. He always understands the problems or challenges will do what has to be done to get things properly completed. He works quickly and carefully. I would highly recommend him!

Jack and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job and cleaned up afterward. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
