Horrible! If I could give less than one star, I would. We called Nugen for a pipe burst 12/24/2022. Yes! 2022! And we are still dealing with the damage they caused and trying to get a resolution for their completely inflated, unnecessary charges and unnecessary demolition. The renovation is still not complete due to all the out of pocket expenses we have incurred to put our home back together. We have had 2 other restoration companies as well as 5 adjusters verify that what they did in our home was completely unnecessary to midigate my pipe burst. Nugen assured us they would work with the insurance company to get all damages and reconstruction covered. They did absolutely nothing but make the situation worse with the insurance company with their arrogance and refusal to speak with them. We are left with a lean on our home after 90 days and out of pocket expenses of over $10,000. As if dealing with a broken pipe is not enough, Nugen will just make a very stressful and horrible situation worse. I have found that we are not the only one they have done this to. PLEASE! Dont let them into your home! I would not want anyone else to have to go through what we have and still are going through with Nugen, a year later!

"We are disappointed that your experience with Nu-Gen has not been as smooth as some of our other customers who have suffered damage similar to the one for which you called our team. We are still very much open to resolving all discrepancies. We never anticipated that this project would get this out of hand since we follow the same procedure for every single job that we do and your insurer has paid us for identical scopes of work before and after this project. Our routine which we follow is to provide a full estimate with our pricing up front before beginning any work, and work until we resolve the damage even if we have to work through holidays, as we worked on your damage during the 2022 Christmas holiday weekend. We also make sure to document the entire project in a very detailed manner and are still able to provide you with answers to any specifics you might have. We understand that some things are out of your control as there are things out of Nu-Gen's control. However, as we always do, we submitted a 42-page report to support our invoice. We do not mind waiting on any of our customers to resolve any issues regarding their policy with their insured, as we have done in this case, and we always attempt to connect our customers with other professionals that may assist in having claims paid out, as we also offered you. We are continuing to patiently wait for a resolution even though we have not received any recompense from your insured on this project, but are confused as to why Nu-Gen is to blame in this present situation given that our firm has completed the work but has not yet received any amount from your insurer. We still wish to resolve this matter between you and your insurer and hope we can do so with your support."

Excellent. Moises Pacheco and his team are true professionals. Kept us informed throughout the process, were on time for each step, were easy to work with and accommodating. I don't have a basis of comparison on pricing, but the pricing seemed reasonable for all that was done. I would use them again, and highly recommend them!

Excellent from the first call to the carpet cleaning. Family owned and it shows. Nu-Gen is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. This is the only company I will use for my carpet cleaning.

Nu-Gen came the same day I called for an estimate. The next day they came to rip carpet and padding that was ruined by water and mold. They were very thorough with making sure the drywall would dry properly by drilling holes near the baseboards. This saved us tearing down walls of a half finished basement. We had a LOT of commercial fans circulating to dry everything. They worked with us on price and they were very professional throughout the entire job. I would highly recommend Nu-Gen. They take pride in the service they provide!

They worked all day and late into the night to make sure everything was set up. They were very conscientious and careful with moving the equipment around without damaging anything. They made it less difficult to get through a rough situation. The owner, Moises, was very pleasant. His staff was very hardworking, professional and pleasant as well. I hope we never have to use them again, but if we ever needed to, we would certainly call them again.

Initial contact on the phone was excellent. Explained in great detail their carpet cleaning process. Arrived promptly as scheduled. Worked very efficiently and professionally. Attention to small details was good...wore shoe covers in our house...put hose guards on the wall corners, stairway railing, front door. Very professional appearance, clean new equipment. Very professional demeanor. Came back for a follow up and explained in great detail how we could treat future stains ourselves--dog soiled carpet was the reason for the original job and the follow up. Overall very impressed.
