Description of Work: We used Lindemann for two related projects: lining our chimney and repointing part of our chimney. They were responsive, professional, pleasant, punctual, and did what appears to be excellent work. I have no basis of comparison for their pricing as we did not get competitive estimates, so I can't comment on that. I would certainly use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: I had two chimneys replaced. Swavic and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The clean up was spotless. They were friendly and helpful during the project. I definitely would recommend for the services.

Description of Work: I had Lindemann come out and give me an estimate for tuckpointing my chimney. $6000 later they had me installing a fan in my living room, fixing things that did not need to be fixed. I did not use Lindemann and will not refer them to anyone.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal, due to some issues I was having with my chimney. They did an inspection and determined it needed to be recapped due to some cracks in the top. The technician advised that he would apply the Angie's List value ($300) to the cost of the repair. He followed through with that and it was an additional $100 for the cost in excess of the "Big Deal".

Description of Work: Not having regular chimney inspections for 25 years proved costly. One of my chimneys had to be rebuilt. The other required "tender loving care" to take care of cracks and mortar leakage. The good news: the mason achieved a perfect match to my white brick. | |I also had three chimneys lined with their heat shield and new caps installed. | |They also did a complete air duct cleaning. | |These people are pros. They keep their appointments and get the job done on schedule. | |They will be regulars for me with yearly inspections.

Description of Work: Removed the old damper. Put in a new one that closes at the top of the chimney on a pull chain. Sealed the concrete crown on top of the chimney. Inspected the chimney but did not need a cleaning. Sealed up some bricks near the base of the fireplace in the interior. I may use this provider again but would do more shopping around as far as price goes. I felt he was high considering this was mostly labor & not much supplies involved. The whole job only took a few hours.
