Description of Work: I needed a back splash tiled in my kitchen. They sent someone that did not know how to tile. It took him 8 hours to install less than 20 12" x 12" wall tiles and those were not straight. They wanted this "tiler" to return a second day to complete the job. I told the tiler to leave and I completed the work with the help of my son.

Description of Work: They did drywall repair in the ceiling where two new can lights were installed. They also installed the drain and sink strainer in a new SS sink in the laundry room. Did an outstanding job on both and cleaned up very nicely.

Description of Work: I may have the price off, but I did a 3 hour special deal. Everything went well. Only complaint I had was when I asked the gentleman that showed up to do the work about an estimate on the rest of my bathroom, he stated I'd have to talk to his boss but "they're real busy." I took that as he wasn't interested and didn't call back for an estimate.

+ 1 moreOne or more of the workmen did some damage in the course of the window installations. Finish on installation of one of the doors was a little rough. Owner responded to our fax list of complaints and came out to our house to inspect our complaints. Owner and one employee came back to our house two days latter and took care of all of our complaints in an efficient and workmen like manner. Contractor also did some other minor repairs at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Replaced two doors from house to outside including related moldings and thresholds. Replaced four basement windows.

+ 1 moreOUTSTANDING QUALITY WORK. WORKERS WERE METICULOUS IN THERE WORK. THEY THEMSELVES WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING BUT PERFECTION. THEY SENT BACK THE SCREEN DOOR TWICE BECAUSE OF PAINT IMPERFECTIONS. THEY SANDED AND PAINTED THE FRONT DOOR ITSELF, TWICE, BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE FINISH.
Description of Work: REPLACED FRONT DOOR AND INSTALLED A NON-EXISTING SCREEN DOOR. COMPANY HAD TO WORK ON MY NON-CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL DOOR FRAME.
