Description of Work: Painted living room, dining room, and hall, including ceilings (also fixed cracks in ceilings). Did a very nice job. There was one place I wasn't completely happy with and they came back promptly and fixed it. They painted the outside of my house prior to this. Also a very good job. Professional, reasonable, and neat.

Description of Work: This was the second time we had hired them. This time, they painted our kitchen and family room. Easy to work with and the owner came out several times to check on the team and ask how we felt about the project. We are planning to use them again!

Description of Work: There were two young men that arrived on time, with their equipment. They introduced themselves and went to work. They were diligent and seemed to do a good job. Later in the autumn, I was cleaning windows and noticed a spot in front of the house, that was not painted. The paint had already cured. I did not call them on it. The young man could of either moved the ladder or even asked to come into the house to paint the spot from the window. All things as side, I was pleased with the work, and haven't had to repaint.

Description of Work: I had good luck with Downers Grove CertaPro, so hired Clarendon Hills CertaPro to paint family room, bath and two bedrooms without checking. Graz, our salesman, was certainly professional, but I do not believe this particular franchise had been in business for very long. The first paint crew did not know what they were doing, e.g. poor wall preparation, used the wrong finish paint and the wrong colors. Graz was responsive and assured us we would be satisfied, but this three day job turned into a month long project. In the end I was satisfied, but far from highly satisfied.

Description of Work: This company is great. I was nervous about the paint color, but they helped me in the selection. The project turned out great.

Description of Work: The service was provided on April 2, 2010 (not 2011). Everything was completed as requesed for our bathroom. We had removed wallpaper, so CertaPro primed, filled holes (from pictures) as needed, sanded,and then painted the walls (2 coats), ceiling, door and the trim. The tile floor and cabinet/sink were covered with tarps for protection. Very professional. Would definitely use them again.
