I would definitely recommend this company for carpet repair. We had multiple holes in our carpet from our dog and a place at the edge of the carpet that was ripped up. J & A came out and repaired it in an hour and it looks great. We are very happy with the work.

On time, professional, great work

We had carpet that needed new under felt and fitting after water damage in our basement. I used home advisor on the train to select a vendor for a quote. Adrian called immediately on the back of that and it wasn't even 7AM. He got the felt and a fitter to the house for 7AM the next day after providing a quote using some measurements and pictures. Would recommend and will use again.

Came on Sunday morning and did the job quickly and professionally.

We hired J&A to remove carpet and padding from our finished full basement and sunroom. We were told that a person from their crew would be at our home at 7:00am to begin the job and Philipe, a member of the crew arrived promptly at 7:00am. He had all the carpet and padding cut up from the basement and sunroom into 3 ft wide strips, bundled and tied for our trash pick-up by 9:30am that day. The rest of the crew arrived around noon and assisted taking up all the carpet tack strips up that were nailed to the concrete basement floor. The job was completed around 1:00pm. For the price we were quoted we felt it to be reasonable for what we needed done. Phillipe was awesome, he was curteous and respectiful of what we needed done. The only complaint we had was the dust cleanup could have been done a little better. We definitely would use them again for another flooring job as long as the bid for the job needed was comparable with their competors.
