They called promptly. Showed up on time. Were very personable. Very carefully cleaned up after the job was finished. They did an outstanding job! Hire them.

They were able to come out the next day after calling them. I had worked with Luna who installed the carpet and they were impossible to work with when it came to repairing their installation.

They came in polite, quick, professionally completed the job exceeding our expectations.

As far as the carpet installation goes they were fine.

Scheduling was a cinch! I did it all via text. They asked me to send a photo of the repair. They gave me an estimate via text. They showed up on time and were totally professional and courteous. They fixed the big rip in our carpet where the cat scratched at the seam. I can't even tell where the rip was. I am so pleased. And they were very easy to work with!!! Highly recommend!

Courteous and good clean up

Adrian was prompt with his first appointment and came totally prepared with samples of a variety of carpets. Was willing to move two large items both an Entertainment Center and Computer Desk. Explained that they could do one large portion, stretch and move items to that area. They than finished the rest of Family Room and seamed it together for a great fit. They removed the old carpet and pad after cuting and bundling up in correct size for Waste Management to pick up and carried it outside. Both gentleman were polite and knew what they were doing and the installation of carpet looked great. Also thankful for their phone call before coming as they were running a little late. Would highly recommend them as once they started it was like clock work and never stopped till the room was finished. werend sending the

We needed to have some carpeting restretched. Adrian was very communicative about the project, responding quickly when we first reached out, confirming his visit the day prior and arrival time just prior. As part of his work, he had to open and redo two carpet seams and did a fantastic job. Installation is the key to any successful carpet job and based on what he did for us, I would instantly recommend J & A. I will certainly obtain a quote from this company the next time we are in the market for carpeting. Thank you Adrian!!

Alfredo and the other helpers were fabulous. Even when they thought I didn't have enough carpet to fix it, they found a way to make it look fabulous!! I would hire them again without a doubt.

Very professional. When I was ready they were there. Had to put it off a few times because of painting schedule, but they were very understanding. Very nice guys and cleaned up beautifully after they were finished. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.
