well i received a reminder call with the date and time, dennis was on time at my home at the time he said thast he would be. i took pitcures of my carpet so that i could see the results of my carpet after it was clean. im so amazed at how all the spots camed out... im very happy with the over all cleaning.

He was very professional and did a great job.

When another carpet cleaning company cancelled service the day I was scheduled, D's was able to come the very same day and did a great job! Thanks

D's did a FANTASTIC job, picked up a priceless Persian rug as I was moving and delivered it looking GREAT at my new home. Dennis took the additional measure of cleaning the floor where the rug would go, and was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. If you EVER need your rugs or carpeting beautifully cleaned, call D's!!! It's SO hard to find first-rate contractors eager to earn and keep our business these days. D's fits the bill.

He was very honest up front about a stain that may not come out on our carpet, which it didn't. It did come out after we applied oxy-clean and some good old-fashioned elbow grease the next day. The carpets took about 48 hrs. to dry, but all in all, the service, prices, customer service and follow-up was good. You'll be surprised how dirty your carpets really are after one visit. Just one bit of advice...you may want to explain what a "landing" is to "first time" carpet cleaners as I was a little ignorant of the terminology. I would recommend them.

Dennis contacted me shortly after I received your E-mail listing. .He arrived on time . A very personsable and energetic individual. He works quickly and efficently and there is no doubt that he knows what he is doing. Having two large dogs and not having been cleaned for some time the rugs were not in the best of shape. Three rooms still had the original builders carpet (14 years old) while the hallway and great room had fairly new Mohaak Smartstrand. He did an excelent job, the new looks new and the old looks great. Will have him back probably in six months. and will positively reccomend him to my friends.
