He was on time, very professional and did a great job on our carpet. I would reccomend him to anyone.

He arrived on time. Was confused about who was meeting him there, which was easily remedied. The carpet is definitely cleaner but the spots are still there. I don't know if anyone else would have had better results re spots.

Was very informative, explained everything.Took his time, told us what he could remove and what he could not remove.Did a quality job. Would recomend D'S to anyone. We have had the other carpet cleanig companies before, what a difference.

Our selection on D's service was based on his references and his competitive quote. He completed the task early and were very happy with the cleaning. When Dennis arrived he introduced himself and handed me his card. He explained to me what he was going to do and looked at trouble spots. We talked about the stains. He went right to work. When he finished, he explained how long it would take tp dry, etc. Dennis was always working but was a very personable man and we did chat a bit. I liked that. I will have him come back and would recommend him to others. Price was right.

Dennis responded to my inquiry immediately and set up an appointment withing my time frame. He cleaned my couch which was horribly dirty (I thought beyond repair) and it came out looking and smelling fantastic!
