The original installation of our vinyl fence less than a year ago was amazing, and we have had no complaints there. We experienced an issue with a lock on one of the doors, and the service was excellent. They came on the appointed date, found and fixed the issues and alleviated any concerns. Recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

This company put our cedar fence in almost 40 years ago. We have had them due touch ups in areas when needed. After a storm a tree fell and took out a large section. They were able to replace the fence posts and sections quickly with high quality cedar. Workers took away all the debris from the post holes. Excellent job was done by all. We are very happy

Cedar Rustic Fence is Quality from start to finish in all aspects of their business. The office is organized and efficient, supplying information and communication at all times. Debbie came out, within 2 days of contact, listened to our needs, measured, drew it out, and left an estimate within an hour. She thoroughly explained the process, leaving us with no questions unanswered. Financials were worked out seemlessly in 48 hours, and we were scheduled 2 weeks out. Integrity in their word, the installation crew showed up on time the very day set originally. The install crew was respectful of all surroundings, neighbors as well as our home. The quality of the cedar fence is top- notch. All sections and gates measured out perfectly. They came in, had old fence and posts taken down and out in an hour and a half. Methodically, they worked very organized and clean ly. They know their trade, and their work proves it! We are very excited to have a beautiful fence to appreciate for years to come. Thank You Cedar Rustic!!

Description of Work: Decided not to use their services after an unprofessional estimate this morning. They were on time but that was about it. No written quote, no discussion of the work needing to be done or the representatives thoughts on best course of action (repairs). Their representative didn't even introduce himself just showed up on my doorstep in street clothes (oversized hoodie down to his knees and black pants- wheres the professionalism?!) and said "Hi". I tried repeatedly to engage him and I don't know what it was but he didn't say anything. At the end I asked if I could get a written estimate and he said "No, they'll call you with a date to start work." Pardon me but after that crappy first impression I wouldn't use your company if you were paying me!

We are sorry that your experience was not more positive with Cedar Rustic. We try our best to promote a professional and positive experience when getting a new fence installed or and old one repaired. The estimate that we were asked to give was to fix a DIY fence. The posts were not set properly in the ground so the fence was leaning and the gate was not functioning. We typically don’t fix fences that we did not install because it is often too difficult to match material. However, on this occasion after discussing the fence repair with you, we agreed to take a look at the fence to see if we can repair it. There must have been a miscommunication or a misunderstanding of the process we go through for repair estimates. Most repair estimates are quoted from the office. We try to quote the repair price over the phone when a customer calls to inquire about a fence repair. If we originally installed the fence, we typically have the old contract so we can often conduct the repair in one trip. On some occasions when the customer is not aware of what needs to be repaired or we don’t understand the scope of the repair, we will send a serviceman to inspect the fence. He is the one that would ultimately be doing the work, but in our organization he not responsible for putting together the estimate. He then reports back to the office and someone from the office will contact the customer and give the customer a verbal, written or emailed quote for the work that needs to be completed. Yesterday, the serviceman was dressed warm in a hoodie to work outside all day in 30 degree weather. He was also driving a large company service truck with a prominent Cedar Rustic logo and lettering. Again, we do apologize that the experience was not positive for you. We do have a quote prepared for the work to be completed. We will keep it on file. If you change your mind, please give us a call and we will send you a written quote.

It went well.
Description of Work: They installed back and front parts of fence. Only downside was that they never removed the dirt. I did have to call like three times before someone would call me back.

Description of Work: WE HAD SEVERAL COMPANIES BID ON THIS DECK, AND CEDAR RUSTIC WAS MIDRANGE. WE HAD A FEW FRIENDS WHO HAD FENCES DONE BY THEM, AND LOVED THE WORK. BUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE DECK WAS TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY. WE PAID FOR A ''PREMIUM DECK'' BUT GOT A SUB-STANDARD ONE AT FIRST. THEY WERE ALSO VERY SLOW TO SHOW UP. SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 4-6 WEEKS, BUT TOOK 9 WEEKS, WITHOUT AN UPDATE CALL. WE HAD THEM TEAR OUT THE FIRST DECK THEY BUILT BECAUSE IT WAS SO BAD. WE HAD TO SUPERVISE THEM BUILDING THE NEW DECK JUST TO GET WHAT WE PAID FOR, AND THEN STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE CHECK UNTIL THEY FINISHED TO OUR STANDARDS. THEY HAVE NOT CALLED BACK TO SEE HOW WE LIKE THE DECK.
