Description of Work: The quality of Pella windows is second to none. Although communication was great on initial installation, out of 24 windows purchased 5% came broken, wrong side opening or wrong size. So first installation date was not 100% complete and follow-up communication on fixing the incomplete windows was minimal. Second installation date came with another problem -- this time a cracked window. Again limited communication on fixing. However, all windows are now done and LOVE, LOVE the quality (and so does our electric and gas bills)!

Description of Work: Pella replaced 4 windows in our 1934 home, with wood casement windows. We were sad to see the original windows go, as we really like the look. We really needed to update, though, for better efficiency. They were able to offer options that fit the look of the house and we are very happy with the installed windows. Would have liked a earlier install date, but all vendors were giving the same lead time. The install was quick and clean, installers were very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Replaced 14 Windows, enlarged size of 3 windows & replaced soffit. Beautiful Windows with high quality parts. Significantly improved energy efficiency, keeping heat from sun and summer out of our house. Excellent service and craftsmanship. Previously installed two Pella patio doors. Description of Work: Installed new front door, front screen door, back door, and back screen door. Sales team was very informative including a way to "see" how my door choice would look prior to installation! The Installation Team was very punctual and did a GREAT job installing everything. Also the doors are a great quality...still in love with them after almost three years - and no problems!

Description of Work: I had all of my windows replaced and later had a few things repaired. They were great and professional. i don't remember the exact cost for the windows--but the repairs were about $160 for everything including some missing hardware. The windows were expensive--and I have many--but my house is warmer in winter and cooler in summer. My heating bills are lower etc. i don't even have coverings on some of my windows and I don't have cold spots.
