I received a call from Breathe Easy immediately after entering my information in HomeAdvisor. They made a convenient appointment. The 2 guys who were here arrived about 1/2 hour late, but called to let me know they were still coming. The guys were polite and worked quickly. They pulled a lot of junk out of my vents but didn't make me feel embarassed by it.

The technician, Justin I believe, was awesome! He explained what he was going to do and set about to do it. He was very careful as we had just painted many of the rooms in our house.

They responded quickly and found a time that fit my schedule. They gave me an over-the-phone quote, but I wasn't sure how many vents I had, so they gave me an in-home quote as well before they started work. They were efficient and I'm sooooo pleased with my freshly cleaned vents!

The service agent did remove the vent does it did not clean them. He also left a debris on my floor upon completion of the job, which I had to clean afterwards.
