We were looking for a reliable cleaning business in the Lake County area after having a couple of not so good companies. We wanted a local company that we felt we could trust at a fair price but most of all a quality job that. The issue we had with other companies is we felt they were just going through the motions of cleaning and after talking with Petra we knew that the service they provided was to be as if they were doing their own hose and that they took pride in their quality. We also decided to go with Classic Cleaning because Petra in vested the time (on a weekend) to come over and meet us and walk through her business and philosophy which is really a partnership. I also like the fact that in the reviews for Classic Cleaning there had been some unsatisfied reviews, which will always happen, and then saw that Petra dealt with all of them in a very nice manor to make sure that customer satisfaction was paramount. Petra walked us through the supplies she recommended for all surfaces in the house for the safety of our 3 children. We scheduled the deep cleaning (with only 2 days notice!) and the results were outstanding. We didn't have any complaints and the wood floors looked terrific. We're excited to keep working with Petra and the Classic Cleaners on regularly scheduled cleanings for years to come. I will continue to review in the future on the scheduled services as well .

Nice work! The team does everything quickly and efficiently, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting, cobwebs, etc. What's more, they are careful with my stuff, which is important. The ladies are really nice and I love getting the same team each time. It's so great to have a clean house! Thank you Petra!

Petra was great to deal with and her cleaning crew was excellent. I had just moved into a new home and had them perform a deep clean and they did an excellent job!

UPDATE: Petra personally came over to speak with us about her staff and we have worked out a solution. I've changed my review status and will update as we move forward. It shows that she cares about her business, and was appreciated by us.

I have had this company clean my home twice now (bi-weekly) and have been pleasantly surprised. When I walked into my home, the first thing I noticed was how clean it smelled immediately. Then I noticed how my hard wood floors shined! I could go on and on about how well the team of 3 ladies cleaned! Even my husband noticed how nice our house looked! I've had a cleaning service for over 10 years, and I have to say that Classic Cleaning is by far the best company I've hired. Looking forward to my next cleaning!

Petra is very nice and great to work. She will make sure your home is cleaned the way you like for it to be cleaned, and her crew does a good job. We first contacted Petra when we had bought a new house and wanted an estimate for a weekly clean. She came to our house to take a look and give us an estimate. We were in the middle of renovations at the time and not quite ready for our service to begin. 6 months later, I contacted her to let her know we were ready and she found a place to fit us in her schedule. She is very busy and gets booked early, but that speaks to the quality of work provided. We were provided with a weekly clean, and were very happy with the results. I like that the vacuum and cleaning rags are used only for our house, which is much more sanitary than spreading germs, rags, and vacuums from house-to-house.

Petra was very professional when she arrived at my home to give her initial estimate and explain the services she offers. Her price seemed fair, given the amount of work needed. On the day set for cleaning, her crew showed up on time and got to work as soon as they walked in the door. They were thorough, efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. When they left, the home was spotless. Would definitely recommend Classic Cleaning and plan to use them regularly from now on.

The initial consultation was scheduled promptly and Petra came to my home within a few days. The price is fair and I really liked the way she described how the cleaning would be done so we scheduled my first cleaning. There were 3 women that showed up exactly as promised and worked 3 hours to do a deep clean. My daughter stopped by that night and was really impressed with how everything looked. She commented that even the door frames shined. This is just the kind of service I've been looking for! Petra is very flexible with scheduling when I've had conflicts. She really wants to please her clients and she also cares about her employees. That says a lot about a person. I highly recommend Classic Cleaning!

The provider emailed us to let us know that she is not taking on any new clients right now as her fall and holiday schedule is full. It was somewhat disappointing to get that news but at least she was upfront about it.

I have used Petra's service for almost 3 months now. I have to say that everything she promised her service delivered on! I couldn't be more pleased at the level of service and the complete cleanliness of my home. Her service came in and did a deep cleaning the first week. I was absolutely thrilled at how clean everything looked after their first visit. I entrusted Petra's staff to continue cleaning my house. The service was always punctual and friendly but more than that....focused. I have never been disappointed in their service. I have seen references that people are upset about having to provide certain supplies, but I can tell you that Petra knows what it takes to clean a house. Not only is my house clean when her people depart but it stays clean for a longer period of time. This tells me she knows exactly what it takes to not only clean a house but keep it clean! Highly recommend her service!

Job was well done. The interaction with Petra (the owner) was great. She came to my home and discussed my needs. Since I had been unhappy with my previous service, I shared all the details that caused me to change my service. She was very thoughtful and knew my issues. She made sure her team knew about my history and how I liked my home to be cleaned. The first team did a great job of cleaning. The second team did well and Petra responded very well to the feedback for improvement. The team does a great job and my home looks great when they are done. I'm very happy to have made the change to Classic Cleaning.

Almost a year ago I met the owner Petra who came to my house for a free estimate. It is clear she has a personal investment in and for her Company and is dedicated to all her customers and her hard working employees. The first clean was the start of their amazing service. They come on a weekly basis and maintain the clean freshness they created with their first deep clean. This is definitely an ?A? quality Company and deserves its praise.

It is the best feeling when you find a cleaning company that you can trust. They are the most respectful and hardworking ladies. 4 years of a satisfied customer, is an awesome record and speaks for itself.

On Monday the 17th of August, we were scheduled to have our first session with Petra?s cleaning service, Classic Cleaning Inc. We were scheduled for 10am. At 9am, Petra called to change our appointment time to 2pm. We had some flexibility so we agreed. At 2:52pm, no one showed up and no phone call so I called Petra to ask if they were coming today. Petra immediately started with a string of excuses: the weather, traffic, other customers, etc. She said that the arrival time was intended to be an approximate time. 50 minutes after the scheduled start time is not ?approximate?. When I suggested that she could have at least called to let us know, she was defensive. The call ended on the idea that they cleaners would arrive as soon as possible. A short time later she called back again. Petra started again with excuses about another new customer and the weather causing the delay. She said that anyone who has used services like this knows that ?about? is a range and compared herself to Comcast. I remarked that this was the first time we had ever used a cleaning service so we didn?t know how it should go. We ?talked? for about 20 minutes. All the while, Petra was saying that she never wanted to have this much stress nor to cause so much stress. I assured her that we were not stressed, but that we just wanted to be informed when they would arrive. 10 minutes into the call, Petra said, ?Maybe the girls shouldn?t come.? I said, ?You mean today or ever?? She meant ever. I was stunned! I could not believe that we were being fired as a customer simply because we called to ask about the arrival time. After talking for 20 minutes, Petra dropped us as a customer before her team ever set foot in our house. I cannot understand why asking for an update to the arrival was grounds for dropping us as a customer. But I?m glad we found out before having them in our house.

I met with Petra and she explained her services. She did not disappoint. If I could have given A pluses on the rating list I would have. Her ladies were on time, cheerful and got right down to the tasks at hand. I appreciate the attention to detail that the ladies had. I haven't had a regular cleaning service in quite some time so I was a little anxious about breaking in a new service but Petra put me at ease and her team cleaned without my having to do any instructing. Thank you Angie's list for helping me find such an excellent provider!

These three ladies worked hard and efficiently for the time frame purchased. I would love to have them back any time as I am so pleased with their attention to detail. In addition their professionalism, working with Petra to schedule their visit was easy - she is very responsive and accommodating.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company, their service and owner Petra. I've had a cleaning service for over 10 years, it was good then not so good, then worse, the previous owner of the company I was using and I had numerous conversations, I really want to give people the chance to correct things instead of just dumping them. The last straw was when I picked up a picture of my family to show someone and the dust actually fell of the frame... last straw. I looked up Classic Cleaning, and read the reviews. Petra came out and went through my entire house, from top to bottom, she took time in every room to see what was required. She asked me every detail of every corner of my house. Classic Cleaning washes floors by hand, they start from the top of the room and go down, they dust light fixtures, wipe down everthing. She also went over all the services included in the house cleaning check list which includes changing of the bed sheets. I kept asking if these things were included in the one price, she finally said "This is how it's supposed to be, yes it's included". Petra really cares about the quality of work her employees do, she trains them herself. She is proud of the service she provides as well she should be. We sat at my kitchen table and talked a while, she is very personable, I would have no problem giving her a call to change a service or a date or whatever. The cleaning supplies are supplied by me, which is a little different but I actually like it, I know what they are using and the cleaning rags I wash, they throw them right in the washer, that day, I just start the machine and they're ready for next time. The cost is $15.00 more than my last service... worth every penny. Classic Cleaning has been cleaning my house for about eight weeks, I am still looking in the corners and just saying "wow that's awesome!" the picture frames are sparkling clean - shining. My carpets are thoroughly vacuumed, including all three of my sofas. I am still getting the same rush when I walk in my house on cleaning day from work as the first day they came. My house smells clean, it looks sparkling clean. Classic Cleaning is like night and day from my previous experience, I would recommend them in a hearbeat.

They are amazing. They send the same people. Their attitude is great. The girls enjoy what they are doing. They do everything right. Everything is good about them. They charge $100 for the whole house, they send three people and it takes them about two hours to do it. I use them every two weeks for the last year.

Petra is wonderful to deal with - very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in her company and in the work done by her cleaning teams. She was very flexible with setting up our initial time to meet, as well as setting up the "deep clean" time. Her team was wonderful - 3 girls arrived and got right to work. Even though it was a Friday afternoon, they worked hard and didn't worry about punching out for the day. My only "B" mark is based on the girls arriving approx. an hour & a half late. Petra did notify me that the team was running late - and to still expect them. Overall "A" rating - very pleased with the experience and greatly looking forward to our next service. We've already mentioned our experience to co-workers and encouraging them to give Classic Cleaning a try.

Petra, the owner, came to my house personally to go over what I needed done, etc. She is very nice and very professional. The 3 ladies who clean my house every other week are punctual and very nice. They do a good job, and they do it quickly. Services include changing my sheets and washing all my floors every time they come. I like that I supply the cleaning products because I know what they're using (I am sensitive to certain cleansers), and I like that they use my vacuum, not one that's been in other people's homes. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Classic Cleaning, Inc, if you need your house cleaned!

Classic cleaning did a great job cleaning. They did a very detailed and thorough job each and every time at a very reasonable price. Petra (the owner) couldn't be nicer and easier to work with. I would highly recommend Classic Cleaning.

This is the third cleaning service I've had at my new home. Previous cleaners brought a bit too much of their personal lives to work, or we're not able to communicate. Today was CC's first day. My house is about 1700 sq ft, but they are only cleaning about 1500 of it right now. Everything looks/smells squeaky clean! The ladies are very nice and quick! They speak English!!! All very important to me. CC is a tad bit more expensive than I had been paying, but not substantially.
