In the end I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership. Since the configuration of the negotiated car was the same, I gave business to the dealership who presented the lower offer.

I was on a standby list and they sold the car to someone else ahead of me on that list. They were professional and easy to work with. They were willing to pick me up at the airport if I flew in.

They did not have a loaner so we did not have the service done. They were professional.

We've worked with them for the past ten years. Everything's been great! They always went above and beyond. Once, my car wouldn't start, and since I live nearby, they actually had a mechanic come out to my home to see what the problem was. He was able to take care of it!

I did make an inquiry on a couple of the vehicles via the website. They did get back with by email and phone. They followed up a couple times. They just did not have the vehicle features that I was looking for.

I decided not to make a three hour drive and it took them three months to get my deposit back. I had to make numerous calls to get them to send the deposit back.

The service has been just fine overall. They're very reliable, prompt, and good to work with. Sometimes they come up with things I feel aren't needed during the inspections, but overall, it's been good.

The experience has been excellent overall! Tony, the service manager, always takes excellent care of me. He always explains exactly what I need and what they're doing until I understand everything. I know the service I'm getting is great.

Everything went really well overall. They covered any warranty work without any problems.

We went there with a pre-arroved loan and they shopped our information around with other banks. They had a different bank approve that we didn't approve. We have tried to get things resolved through GM corporate. I would not buy another car through them.

They had friendly service and good prices.

There weren't any issues with the sales process, and I never took the car back for service.

I feel as though they are very trustworthy, and they never attempt to sell unnecessary services. Plus, I can always get my car into the shop when need be. I have been going to them for service and sales for nearly 8 years, and I am completely satisfied.

They are honest, the mechanics are right on top of things, and they spot things others would miss.

I recently lost my original keyless remote on a business trip. I purchased another remote, and then went to Anthony GMC to have the new remote programmed. I have to say the service at Anthony is great! I spent less than 10 minutes waiting. Their service staff is professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I've had this same procedure done on another car (not a GM) and I waited for over an hour (this is a 10 minute procedure at max)! I've never thought of purchasing a car from Anthony GMC before, but in the future, I will have to consider them the front runner when replacing my Buick.

They do what they say at the time they promise. They are reasonably priced. We are always pleased with our experience.
