Jonathan and crew always arrived on time and did excellent work, paying great attention to detail. We had drywall installed that needed muddling and taping. This was extremely professionally done.

Jonathan and his team did an excellent job in freshening up our two rooms. They were punctual, diligent and ensured the plumbing and electrical worked after removing all of the fixtures in order to do a first class job. Both rooms were left clean after finishing the work.

This is the best painting company I've worked with - professional, respectful of your property, very accommodating with schedules. We moved into our new house and needed quite a bit of work done. Jonathon came out to review our needs and provided a full quote in writing. We did make some changes along the way and he was very accommodating and took everything in stride. We had some old school toilet paper holders that were basically glued to the wall as well as towel hangers they removed and repaired the dry wall for us. They did such a fantastic job and you cannot tell that the walls were repaired at all in the bathrooms. Everyone on the crew showed up on time each day and was very careful to cover hardwood floors and carpet. They cleaned up very well at the end of each day which was great since I do have a child and two dogs to work around. They painted my front entry door and unfortunately that evening my husband accidentally dinged the paint and scraped a bit off. The next day I informed them of the issue and it was not a problem at all to do the touch up - once again - could not even tell what had happened. The previous painter(s) were really quite sloppy (this is a new house for us so this happened with the previous owners) and Jonathon's crew was able to fix all the splatters on the trim and fixed all the little dings in the walls. There was even some staining on the ceilings and we did not want to have to repaint the entire ceilings - no problem for them. They matched the paint and you would never even know there was an issue. Jonathon is very communicative during the entire process. He came back frequently to check on the work and to review progress. He texted me frequently to ask if we were happy or if any changes were needed. They were not the cheapest quote we received for the job, but you get what you pay for. Detailed workmanship was important to us since we had just moved in and really are doing a lot of work to bring the property up to date in terms of paint colors and other work we are doing. If you want the job done well and attention to detail is important to you, then Touchstone Painting is the company you want to hire for your needs. I had even decided to wallpaper my office and although this is not something Touchstone does, Jonathon recommended a great group to handle that for me and I could not have been happier with the results. We will be using Touchstone again in the early Summer for the second phase of our painting project. I've recommended them to neighbors who are also very happy with their work.

Jonathon and his team were outstanding from the initial estimate to completion of the painting. They accommodated our schedule and did exactly what they promised to do. They were very neat, quiet and polite. They were patient with our pets and a pleasure to work with. Oh, yeah their preparation and painting is great too!

We reached out to Jonathan one morning and that evening he responded and set up a time to meet to discuss the work. He carefully examined everything, took pictures and explained how the patching and painting would be completed, addressing specifically the care that would be taken around the wood work. We had selected some colors and he suggested we buy the "sample" paints and paint large poster board samples to ensure we would be happy with the colors. Within a few days he sent the quote in an email and followed up with a text to confirm we had received the quote. We signed the contract and met with him to schedule the job. His team arrived on the date promised and were very courteous, friendly and professional. The total project took about a week, (many hours of drywall repair and minor patching) and each day the team would arrive at the time promised (usually 7:30 - 8:00). They moved the furniture, removed all electrical plates, air duct covers, and light fixtures and once completed vacuumed and returned everything to the way they found it. Only one wall of the master bath needed to be repainted (where the intercom was removed) and they matched the paint extremely well. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and delighted with the outcome. For any future work we absolutely will hire Touchstone again and have already provided their name to others who admired the quality of the work and asked for Touchstone's contact information.

Jonathan and his team did an excellent job with the painting in our house. They were always on time and did high quality work throughout the house. They did a great job of respecting and protecting our possessions as they moved through the process. His team stepped up every time we requested additional work, like changing light fixtures or hanging new blinds. I would definitely use Touchstone Painting for future work, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Jonathan is a professional painter -- courteous, punctual, and highly skilled. He did a great job for us on a couple projects and was very patient with us. We will be using him for other work, and I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a great painter in the area.

From the beginning , Jonathan gave a detailed assessment and written estimate for work. He was transparent with how long it would take to fit us in during the busy summer season but was able to get the work done in between other jobs which was a bonus since we didn't have a strict time frame. He worked quickly but efficiently with a keen attention to detail which was an improvement from another service I had previously used. The work was beautiful, completed quickly (2 days to repair walls and paint a master bedroom and basement bedroom) and I will hire again!

Work completed exceeded expectations. Repairs were completed with minimal dust and disruption. Painters were neat and skilled. They were friendly and arrived when they stated they would. Jonathon is a great communicator who know his business. He was helpful with selecting colors and paint types. They earned our highest recommendation. I am not easy to satisfy. The quality of workmanship far exceeded expectations and I am hard to please. Painters arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. Painters were family friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. Cleanup and dust management was excellent. Jonathon is a master painter and planner. He was helpful in planning and selecting colors and finishes. We have already hired Touchtone for another project in the fall.
