It was easy to set up and change appointments, she was in good time for her arrival and did a decent job especially with the kitchen that needed thorough cleaning for the next tenants.

We called a bit after the BD was posted to allow for the SP to have a more available calendar to provide services to us. We called to schedule appointment, she rescheduled on us then eventually the day of, texted to us to cancel her appointment with us. She has not been in touch with us.

My experience was disappointing. She had called me twice since she was having issues getting to my home and she arrived an hour late to the appointment. The cleaning was not the quality I was expecting. I had to ask her to go back over a few areas. I have chemical sensitivity so I wanted her to use my own products, however she did not honor my request when she was here. She accidentally put a scratch on my oil picture and I was impressed with how she handled the situation and she was very concerned.

She arrived promptly andworked longer than she had contracted (5hrs vs 3), but the floors weren't clean and I needed to clean a toilet that was missed or not properly cleaned. I'll be using the previous service provider in the future.

My house smelled clean and all the dust was gone. I was very pleased.

There were no troubles with scheduling and she got back to me right away after I contacted her. She arrived on time to appointment. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. The owner who came out was nice. For what I got, I felt that the price was high, but also that it appears to be the going rate. She did an adequate job with the work.

ThaCleanUpWoman was okay. I have been using them for about a month now. I have no issues since her service.

They did a fantastic job. They were very thorough in their cleaning and asked some great questions for clarity before even starting. I was really only looking to make sure my house was vacuumed, dusted and bathrooms were cleaned. I got all that and more. They also cleaned my windows and fans and all the indoor frames and interior windows and mirrors. They did a pristine job and are extremely personable. In addition, they were very helpful in working with my busy schedule and staying in touch with me regarding some calendar changes I needed to make. I am very very pleased with ThaCleanUpWoman!

I tried to set up an appointment for her to come and clean my house, there were many instances that we were missing communication. I asked her to call me to schedule the appointment, but instead she emailed me and I did not see it right away. But when I finally did have an appointment set, she did not call to let me know that she was running late. I ended up having to call her when she was late and she said she was behind at another clients property, I just asked her to cancel the appointment. She was not even apologetic about missing the appointment. I felt that she was unprofessional.

Contact to set up a date, and then accommodating my need to change the date = very prompt & professional. In addition, Tiffany (the owner) arrived on time, exactly as promised. As far as the quality of the cleaning goes, I would have to say that it was not up to my expectations. I believe I made the mistake of saying that our house wasn't very dirty & that surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, etc. was all that was needed. I didn't expect her to go exactly by these words... my regular cleaners certainly wouldn't... I expected her to clean the floors, but that was poorly done (bathroom floors not touched). I expected her to clean out the tubs & tub surrounds (this was not done). And there were numerous things that I found needed attention after she left. On the other hand, she was very nice & I enjoyed her company ~ but what I really needed was a good house cleaning, which was marginally provided. Perhaps this was all that was included in this Angie's List Big Deal? Maybe that was my misunderstanding?

This was the WORST cleaning job I have ever expeienced. My first floor is all wood floors. After she left I had to go back and vacuum because of all the obvious dirt on the floor. I just stopped vacuuming to write this review because I discovered dried tomatoe seeds on my kitchen floor from yesterdays entertaing. She did not mop my floors at all. When I went to take a shower the mirror was still dirty. Mind you, I had my regular cleaning company in on Wednesday since I was entertaing for Thanksgiving. The master bathroom had only been used for a day. How hard is it to clean a house that was cleaned professionally 48 hours prior? I will be mopping my entire firsy floor once I am done vacuuming, but I definitely got ripped off. I would like a refund, since I will now be doing the housecleaning that I paid for.

On time, thorough, polite, & pleasant.

Tiffany did a good job of cleaning my house. My primary focus was on my hardwood floors and bathrooms. They where in terrible shape and Tiffany did a good job. The house required more than 3 hours (it was in bad shape) however, Tiffany did a really good job of making my place presentable.

She is such a nice trust worthy person. I have recommended her to my friends. That is the greatest compliment you can give someone.

It didn't work. They were friendly. She came prepared. After she had done a walk-through of the house, she came back a second time and she brought a second person because of the size of my house. But with the size of my house, she needed a larger crew to handle it. So I wasn't satisfied. I don't think that she understood the breadth of this even though she did a walk-through. As it turned out, the man power wasn't there and her knowledge of how to clean surfaces with what cleaner wasn't there.

Tiffany is on time, pleasant & through.
