Description of Work: Darek did an absolutely fantastic job! We had him fix drywall that had been damaged in the process of remodeling two bathrooms, paint the same bathrooms once all of the tile work was completed, as well as paint a separate room. The outcome was really impeccable. He was polite, reliable, accountable and definitely very meticulous with his work. We would recommend him without reservation and certainly hire him for any additional work to be done.

Description of Work: We recently completed a remodeling project for both bathrooms in our condo, and couldn't be happier with the results. Chicagoland finest provided us with a very reasonable estimate and was able to start the job rather quickly. Darek and his associate were polite and respectful, showing up for each days work and worked through some saturdays when necessary. They worked through our master bath, and when completed were able to move right on to the guest bath. the total project took about 3 weeks which was right on par with their estimate. The total cost of the project was right around the initial estimate, and Darek provided receipts for all purchases and walked us through the details of the total costs upon completion. The bathrooms look amazing and we would definitely recommend their service and would use them again on future projects!

 + -1 moreIt was a pleasure to work with Darek, his brother and his two workmen. They were prompt, clean and responsive, and patient when our suppliers on two occasions caused delays. They paid great attention to detail and we found their prices extremely reasonable. We would highly recommend them and certainly intend to have them do further work for us.
Description of Work: Total stripping of old kitchen, removal of cabinets, countertops, disconnecting of old appliances. Installation of new appliances, adding disposal, installation of sink, running new 240V line, installed wall ovens, extractor fan and hood over new gas range, new cabinets;installation of extractor fan and piping to building exterior. Painting, tiling, installation of new ceiling lights, new ceiling pot hanger, new electrical outlets.

I appreciate him coming on the weekend and meeting our schedule as the painter was coming on Monday. Very professional, fair, and trustworthy. Thank you, I'm looking forward to our next project.
Description of Work: Crown moulding installed in two bedrooms and entryway. Two walls were very curvy and quite complicated. Primed pine was picked up by contractor and installed in one day.

THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERY DAY. THEY WERE ALSO EXTREMELY WELL-PRICED AND GAVE US A LABOR-ONLY QUOTE. ALL RECEIPTS WERE SUBMITTED TO US FOR OUR APPROVAL SO WE KNEW WE WEREN'T PAYING FOR MARKED UP SUPPLIES. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THEM AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS. WE FOUND THEM THROUGH FRIENDS OF OURS SO THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY DOING AN AMAZING JOB FOR MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO MAY NOT BE MEMBERS OF ANGIE'S LIST.

THEY WERE GREAT. ALWAYS ARRIVED EXACTLY THE DAY AND TIME AS THEY SAID THE WOULD. VERY POLITE. VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT FLOORS, COUNTERS AND PUT DOWN A DROP CLOTH ON THE FLOORS AND COVERED DOORWAYS TO REDUCE DUST. WE HAD SOME UNEXPECTED ISSUES WITH THE KITCHEN REMODEL ONCE WE STARTED DEMO, AS IS TO BE EXPECTED, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO OVERCOME THOSE OBSTACLES. WE DECIDED TO TEAR OUT OUR MASTER SHOWER DURING THE PROJECT, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT THE ADDITIONAL JOB INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW KITCHEN AND MASTER BATH SHOWER!
