Incompetent and dishonest. Original quote was $270 to reset a toilet that was removed to lay new floor. After 30 minutes price was increased to $670. I agreed because I wanted to get it done soon. One hour later price was increased to $1850 (yep) and technician (David B). packed up and left quickly promising to call next day. Then I discovered that he cracked the main line under the floor. He did not call, so I did. I was told that price still $1875 and someone would call next day. Never offered to fix damage he did. No call ever came. Contacted HomeAdvisor and they opened case and sent another plumber. New plumber agreed that line was broken by someone who lacked needed skills, but that it could be fixed with proper tools and techniques He repaired line and reset toilet for $215. Excellent work. Avoid Precision Plumbing. They are predators that lack honesty and integrity and seek to take advantage of seniors. What kind of person would break something in your home, lie about it and then try to charge an outrageous amount to fix it? Only a liar and cheat!

Did good work, but was more expensive than the job was worth. My husband had to go to their office and request an adjustment.

Robert & Keith were highly professional, new their field, upfront pricing, & solved our sewer gas problem.

Precision plumbing did an excellent job of replacing the sewer pipe in my basement. Even though they ran into unexpected issues, they completed the task on time. Rick was accommodating in explaining the issue and was very happy with their service.

Expert service from start to finish.

The plumber sent was very nice, very professional interactions. The work, while completed, was very sloppy. Solder splattered on the baseboards and cabinets, flux left on the trim of the ceiling tiles, copper pieces left on the floor. Caulk used on the exterior of a dark house was bright white. Yes, the plumbing issue was fixed, but for the much higher cost than market prices, a cleaner job would be expected.

The Service rep. was impulsive and rude. A second job required repair work, I called for another Service Company.They reviewed the work by precision plumbing and stated that they would have performed the work at half the cost. They seemed shocked at the price I paid for the service. Both jobs ( old plus new work) could have been perform by the new Company under precision plumbing cost. To say that precision plumbing took advantage of me is an understatement. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Great job although I was surprised by the price but this was the first plumber I have ever had to use.

Worst experience ever. I called on Friday they said they would be out that day, it was Monday before they came. I asked if they worked on Rheem products they told me yes. I told them I needed my water heater cleaned to rid the code off of it. All they did was charge me $427 to pour 2 gallons of vinegar through the system. When the code returned I called and they wanted to charge me another $149 to have the tech call me. I had them call me the next day. they sent out another tech and he had to look up the unit he had no idea what he was dealing with. He call the mfg and found out how to clean the injectors he told me it would be $1090 with no warranty on the work or I could buy a new one for $4500. The previous plumber (he retired) only charged us around $200 to clean the injectors. He always knew exactly what was wrong. I would rather have the company tell me that they didn't work on it than to waste my time and my money for a non-repair. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN
