BULLDOG CARPET CLEANING

Bulldog Carpet Cleaning did an awesome job. The carpets looked fabulous. Stains were removed that I didn't expect would come clean. Scheduling was quicker than expected, price was great. They even called to see if it was okay if they showed up a little early. I couldn't as for more. I highly recommend.

Bulldog cleaned 2 swivel rockers, a 3-piece sectional and a sofa bed that were heavily contaminated with tobacco stains, cigarette smoke odor and cat hair (these pieces had belonged to a friend's mother who had recently passed away). They also cleaned a couch and love seat that we have had for more than 13 years. The whole experience with Bulldog from first phone call to final cleaning was phenomenal. The owner returned my initial phone call within the same business day. We discussed the condition of the furniture over the phone and my concern about removing the smoke smell and cat hair since some of us are allergic to cats and being non-smokers we are all very sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke. We were able to set up an appointment within just a couple of days. Long story short, the smoke damaged pieces were all cleaned in the garage because we didn't want to bring them into our home before having them cleaned. When we brought these pieces into the house I could still smell the smoke. So, I tried sprinkling them with baking soda and vacuuming on my own to remove the smell. As I was wiping my hand up the back of the sectional to try to apply the baking soda where it wouldn't sprinkle my hand came away stained black and the furniture felt "dirty/oily". After vacuuming the baking soda and still being able to smell the smoke, I called Bulldog back to ask for advice. The owner seemed surprised and couldn't believe that the furniture was still dirty. Even so, they returned within a day or 2 to take a second look. And, much to their surprise, when they wiped the furniture with their clean white cloth, it did indeed come back with the tobacco stain. They cleaned each piece again at no additional charge. The owner purchased a special cleaner to use for the second cleaning. They were very apologetic and after the second cleaning, I was very pleased with how clean and odorless the furniture was/is. They called the next day to be sure I was satisfied with their work. Excellent customer service and awesome follow-through. I was so pleased I recommended the company to my neighbor who had her carpet cleaned by them within the next week. Great guys and great customer service - Thank You!!

They did extra work on several deep stains and they look like new again. They also cleaned our fabric sectional better than it has ever been cleaned before. They were very courteous, on time and did a high quality job. We highly recommend Bulldog.

Great, Randy went thru the house before starting and pointed out potential issues and gave me a few different options. They worked quickly and walked me through all of the rooms to make sure I was happy with the work they did. I was very happy with the job they did, the carpets look great and I could tell that they took extra time and care to get stains out.

It was done for the agreed upon price and they kept me updated as the process went on. They did a very good job and they cared about what they were doing. They were on time. They explained what they were doing and how they were doing things and how it differed from other companies. They never tried to up charge for their services. I will definitely use them again and I will also recommend them to other people.

Randy took the time to come out and look at the carpet before giving an estimate. There were areas that were heavily soiled and stained. I wanted some assurance that the stains would come up. Randy called to confirm our appointment. They were right on time. The cleaning went well. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 18 years. It looks great!!! Some areas had to be cleaned a second time. I did not have to ask them to go over these areas....they did it on their own. The walls of my residence were recently painted, so I asked them to be very careful with their hoses and equipment. They were great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

The purpose of joining this website is to read people's honest opinions about services provided. Felt it would be a disservice to the website to not then comment on this service that was provided. I selected this carpet cleaning company based on the reviews that others had posted. I also liked that on Bulldog's website I could estimate the cost, and there was a coupon. First thing, I had to reschedule my original appt. and Randy was very accommodating in being able to reschedule that same week. He called before he came to tell what time he would arrive. He arrived on time. He and his assistant assessed the work to provide the cost. It was very reasonable with the coupon discount. He cleaned a living room carpet, hallway, and stairway that have heavy traffic (dirty) and a rather large (bad) pet stain. When they finished, the carpet in the living room, the hallway, and the stairs looked brand new. He also cleaned a sectional which had taken a great deal of abuse. It turned out great. I would highly recommend this company for carpet/upholstery cleaning. Randy and his assistant were very professional and personable. They provided high quality work in cleaning the sectional and carpeting - I was ready to replace it. Glad I called him first and I would call him back.

Awesome is not praise enough for Randy and his service! I just moved to Orland Park into a home previously inhabited by stinky dogs. I was so anxious to get the stink out before my actual move. I told Randy the situation and he moved mountains to accomodate! He was honest, seriously studious about all issues he saw, and in no way pushy or condesending. He is even coming back because he wants to go over a few spots...really!?!? A+ for this business and he honors the Angie's List customer and discount!

They did a really good job. They were very professional and courteous. He got out a lot of stains and showed that he was very knowledgeable in his craft.

They came on time, they cleaned the carpets fantastic and they aired it out.

Randy was extremely accommodating to my needs with times and dates, as well as, my concern for drying time as I was moving furniture into a new house the following day. He allowed me to keep three of his industrial fans over night to ensure my carpets would be nice and dry (due to high humidity I was concerned). He came and picked them up the next day. Carpets were fresh and clean and completely dry.

Owner was polite, professional,timely & informative regarding his service. He called to confirm the appointment in the morning and then notified me that he was on his way 20 min prior to arrival. The other man with him was also excellent. The owner worked hard getting out a stain in the 3 season room & was successful. Before starting, he walked w me so I could point out the problem areas & then gave me a quote on what the service would cost. I would most definitely have Bulldog again. Very happy with this service!

They called to let me know that they were on the way. The two men confirmed with my son the areas to be cleaned and went right to work. I have used them once before and would use them again. I tried the branded carpet cleaners and was totally disappointed with their service. But Bulldog is the best. They are professional and do a great job at cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

Team was professional and removed the stains left by the prior company. They took the time to show me the errors made during the last cleaning and recommened annual treatment. I will be using them again next year.

II contacted Bulldog Carpet and upholstery cleaning because of my adopted dog's urine stains that I could not remove no matter what I used. She had never been in a home before we adopted her so we had to train her as if she were a puppy. Even the recommended dog stain and odor remover as well as the internet favorite of vinegar and baking soda did not work. Within days the two gentlemen were at my door on time, professional, courteous and friendly. They used methods and products that I have never seen before to remove the stains and odor. My carpet is 20 years old so i've had other companies who did not work as hard to remove stains and odors. I am thrilled with the outcome and my carpet looks brand new! I will always use Bulldog for my carpets in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest, friendly, competent work in their home.

The gentlemen that came out to clean the carpet were friendly and professional. They walked through the areas I wanted cleaned and discussed furniture and entry points. Once we agreed on the job details, they got right to work. They were very efficient! They did an amazing job on the carpet for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

The owner came out to perform the cleaning we discussed on the phone. He was honest,clean, professional,pleasant as could be.He did not waste any time, however he courteously and thoughtfully answered our every question. We would gladly hire him again and would highly recommend him.

I contacted Bulldog for an estimate even though they list their prices on-line. One of the owners came out, measured, explained their process and gave me a written price quote. We scheduled work, he arrived on time and did the work to my satisfaction. I will have him back the next time we need carpets cleaned.
