Description of Work: I asked bull dog to clean the tiles and grout on 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. They did come out and look at the tiles but felt the tiles needed replacement not just cleaning the grout. They do not do tile replacement so I could not apply the big deal to this job.

Description of Work: Had Bulldog Carpet Cleaning come out because they use environmentally safe cleaning products and from the reviews decided to go with them. The carpeting was very badly stained from a puppy and really thought there was no way they would get it clean but they sure did. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: I found my carpet cleaning dream team! Bulldog cleaned my carpets so well that we are tossing out the carpet cleaner we purchased last year from the store. Bulldog was professional, personable, and provided me with a service quote prior to cleaning 7 rooms + stairs. They did the job so efficiently & the quality was so great, that the stains we thought would never come out (nor another carpet cleaning service thought would come out)are gone. Love that they discussed what we wanted out of the service, type of carpet and what can be done prior to arriving. They were first ones to respond to my inquiry about carpet cleaning services on Angie's List. I explained that I had a party coming up and needed their services ASAP and they were able to squeeze us in right before the party. I will be using Bulldog again and again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Description of Work: Randy and his guys did a terrific job on the carpet and tile floors in one of my rental properties. The place was a real mess and I didn't think I was going to get all the stains out. Randy came in and gave me his honest expectations and quoted me a good price. They really exceeded those expectations once the work was finished. They extended the life of my carpet to at least one more tenant. Thanks Randy.

Description of Work: My husband and I have used several carpet companies over the years, but BullDog Carpet Cleaning exceeded all our expectations.Randy returned our call promptly. Several other companies, never returned our calls. He was courteous and informative. He is very customer service oriented. The day that he came out to clean the carpets,He was on time. He explained the entire procedure to us. We walked around the house to identify any areas that needed specific attention. Also to talk about what furniture we wanted moved. I have a small round wool rug in the foyer that I wanted cleaned. He inspected it to identify the contents, so that he would use the correct cleaning products on the rug. After completion, he walked us through each room again, to make sure we were satisfied. That same day he also did my Mom's house. She was just as thrilled as we were with his service. When the time comes again, I will certainly use Randy. I intend to recommend him to all my friends.

Description of Work: The Board of our 24 unit condominium association hired this company to clean four floors of carpeting and carpeting in our elevator. In some cases, the carpeting was badly stained. This carpeting had not been cleaned since the building was built approximately 5 years ago.

Description of Work: I contracted for them to come and do 4 rooms and my stairway. I have very light colored carpet with heavy traffic on the stairs. I have had other companies come to clean for me in the past and was never happy with their outcome. Bulldog Carpet Cleaning gave me exactly what I was looking for.
