They were great! The place is a bit dingy when you walk in, but the work itself was fantastic. No complaints here.

I waited until the last minute to get my bridesmaid dress altered in the hope that I would lose enough weight to fit into it. Didn't work. Two weeks before the wedding I took the dress into Sharry. Once I tried it on and Sharry could barely zip it she looked concerned about whether or not she could fix it. She worked a miracle! She let the top out then had me come back in to see how it fit. Once the top was let out she needed to fix the halter. She had to take beading out and sew it back it once she had made the alteration. I cannot believe all of the work that she did and only charged $50. I highly recommend Quality Alterations.

SHARRY HANNA was exceedingly pleasant to work with. My wife and I had two different sessions of alterations performed. Both were done on time and very professionally. I can't say enough positive about the experience. It was great to find someone with excellent tailoring skills as well as wonderful customer service.

The work was done VERY well, particularly the attachment of the fur piece to the collar. They made the suggestion that the piece be detachable so the cloth coat can be cleaned as necessary. However, I left the clothes there for TWO weeks, and needed the jeans back on the day she had promised. When we went to pick up, the jeans were not ready, requiring yet another (inconvenient) trip. I would recommend them if time is not a crucial factor.

I CONTACTED SHARRY AT QUALITY REGARDING ALTERING MY WEDDING DRESS. I HAD USED HER FIVE YEARS EARLIER TO ALTER A BRIDESMAIDS DRESS, THEN REDISCOVERED HER THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST. I WAS PARTICULARLY CONCERNED BECAUSE I HAD BECOME PREGNANT SINCE BUYING MY WEDDING DRESS & I NEEDED TO HAVE IT ALTERED. SHARRY WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING & REASSURED ME THAT SHE COULD ALTER THE WEDDING DRESS SO THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO FIT INTO IT. SHE WAS RIGHT- I WAS ABLE TO FIT INTO MY WEDDING DRESS WITH HER ALTERATIONS. SHARRY IS ALSO A VERY NICE PERSON TO WORK WITH- SHE EVEN GAVE ME A HUG CONGRATULATING ME AFTER HER WORK WAS DONE.

SHOCKINGLY UNSATISFACTORY. THE TWO MEN'S SLACKS CAME UNDONE JUST 6 MONTHS AFTER SHARRI SEWED THEM. THE HEM ON MY WIFE'S PANTS WERE A HACK JOB, CROOKED STITCHING THROUGH THE ENTIRE HEM! THIS WAS ONLY EXACERBATED BY THE FACT THAT THEY WEREN'T READY UPON PICK UP, WE HAD TO COME BACK. IRONICALLY, WE WENT TO SHARRI BECAUSE OF HER ANGIE'S LIST RATING, AND SHE'S DONE A GOOD JOB ON PREVIOUS JOBS. THIS WAS PROBABLY AN ABERRATION. NONETHELESS, UNLESS IT'S A MAJOR ALTERATION, IT'S NOT WORTH DRIVING UP FROM EDGEWATER.

I WAS THOROUGHLY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AND WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK AGAIN.

SHORTEN SLEEVES ON LEATHER JACKET ($15) AND SHORTEN LENGTH ON 2 PAIRS OF PANTS ($7 EACH). I USE QUALITY ALTERATIONS ON A REGULAR BASIS. SHE WILL LOWER THE PRICE IF THE WORK TURNS OUT TO BE EASIER THAN SHE ESTIMATED. THE PRICE SHE QUOTED ME ON THE LEATHER JACK WAS $20 BUT WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP, SHE ONLY CHARGED ME $15 - MAYBE ALSO BECAUSE I REGULARLY GET ALTERATIONS DONE FROM HER.

SHARY IS FABULOUS AND ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. SHE IS SO NICE AND WILL RUSH THINGS FOR YOU IF YOU NEED IT.

I DROPPED OFF A SPORT COAT TO BE ALTERED AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. I RETURNED ON WEDNESDAY EVENING AND SHE WAS FINISHING UP THE WORK. BECAUSE I WAS GOING AWAY FOR THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND I COULDN'T WAIT AND DIDN'T RETURN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK. SHE DEDUCTED $5 FROM THE TOTAL BILL FOR MAKING ME COME BACK.

SHARRY IS BOTH PERSONABLE AND HIGHLY SKILLED. I HAVE A TAILOR RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM ME, BUT I'D RATHER DRIVE 15 MINUTES TO QUALITY ALTERATIONS.

THIS IS AN EXTRAORDINARILY COMPETENT TAILORING SERVICE, VERY WELL PRICED, AND PROMPT.

FINISHED PRODUCTS WERE VERY NEAT, PROFESSIONAL AND THE CAPRIS HAD TWO ROWS OF STITCHING WHICH MADE THEM LOOK GREAT AND POLISHED. VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE, GREAT RESULTS, AND FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO SPECIALIZED IN ALTERATIONS INSTEAD OF THE TYPICAL CLEANERS SEAMSTRESS AND I FOUND HER. I HAVE ALREADY GONE AGAIN.

SHE GAVE ME AN EXTRA 3 DOLLAR DISCOUNT ON TOP OF CHEAP PRICES!!!

SHE WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH DETAILS (BUTTONS AND SHAPE OF THE JACKET). IT WAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

SHE DID A BEAUTIFUL, PROFESSIONAL JOB AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

THE PANTS WERE ONE-SIZE TOO BIG AND NOW THEY FIT PERFECTLY. THE JACKET ARMS WERE SHORTENED, WITH CAREFUL ATTENTION TO THE BUTTONS AND STYLING. A TERRIFIC JOB, FOR A GREAT PRICE.

EXCELLENT WORK! PEOPLE TRAVEL FROM SEVERAL SURROUNDING SUBURBS TO GET THEIR ALTERATION WORK DONE HERE. THE PRICES ARE ABOUT 20% LESS THAN OTHER PLACES. I HAVE BEEN GETTING ALTERATIONS DONE HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS, MOST RECENTLY TWO WEEKS AGO. I USUALLY ALLOW 2 WEEKS TO GET WORK DONE; SHE HAS RUSH SERVICE, BUT I''VE NEVER TRIED TO USE IT.
