They did an excellent job. The painters are all extremely polite, neat, and fast. We have many very demanding unit owners and even the most demanding of them complimented FinnPro's work! We can highly recommend FinnPro. Their pricing is very competitive and their work is great.

They were excellent. Very attentive, accommodating, and had great attention to detail. They even took the metal mail slot off our door, painted the door, and cleaned and put the mail slot back in.

I asked for an estimate to paint the exterior trim and stain the front porch on my house. Olli provided me with an estimate that was competitive. He was very helpful in answering my questions. I decided to go with another company, but I would contact them again for another painting job.

Finn pro has done a lot of work for us over the years. Olli and George, his scheduler, do a great job of responding quickly. And the work has always been very well done. This last time, they had to fix a drywall ceiling that had been damaged by a leak. It took a couple of tries before they could make it perfect. The drywall edges could only be seen in a certain light so they didn't see the problem the first time. But, they're committed to making it right, so it was completed to my satisfaction. I trust these guys and appreciate their work ethic. They repainted our entire house in 2000 after a major addition and did fabulous work including faux painting some DR beams to look like mahogany.

We called for an estimate and called again 2 weeks later. We were promised an estimate and a call back the 2nd time, but never heard from anyone.

I've used them before and always have been happy with the result. Most of the gentleman speak spanish but they do usually have one worker that speaks English.

MANY PEOPLE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO ME BUT I FOUND THEM TO BE OVERRATED. THEY PROMISED US 4-5 PAINTERS AND TOLD US THAT THE JOB WOULD TAKE 3 WEEKS (IT TOOK ABOUT 6 WEEKS). AFTER THE FIRST FEW DAYS THEY PULLED ALL THE PAINTERS OFF OUR JOB EXCEPT FOR ONE PAINTER WHO DID NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. THEY HAD SENT THE OTHER PAINTERS TO OTHER JOBS. OUR PAINTER KEPT MAKING MISTAKES (TWICE PAINTING ROOMS THE WRONG COLOR) AND SINCE HE DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE MESSAGES FOR THE SUPERVISOR ALMOST DAILY AND WAIT FOR HIM TO CALL BACK OR COME OVER TO SEE THE PROBLEMS SO HE COULD EXPLAIN THEM TO THE PAINTER. AT THE END OF THE JOB I COMPLAINED TO THE SUPERVISOR ABOUT ALL OF THE MISTAKES THE PAINTER HAD MADE. HE LAUGHED AND ADMITTED THAT THIS PAINTER "WAS NOT VERY CAREFUL."

PROMPT WITH ESTIMATE, WERE ABLE TO START WORK SOON AFTER ACCEPTING BID, AND FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO TWO OTHER HIGHLY-RATED COMPANIES. WERE UNFAILINGLY POLITE AND NEAT, AND DID GOOD WORK. THEY WERE ALSO VERY HELPFUL WITH COLOR CHOICES, GIVING HONEST OPINIONS, BUT RESPECTING OURS.

ALL WORK WAS DONE WELL AND ON TIME. THIS WAS THE LOWEST OF THREE BIDS WE GOT FOR THIS JOB. SOME OF THE WORK WAS NOT IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AND WAS NEGOTIATED AS THE NEED FOR IT WAS DISCOVERED, IN A WAY THAT WAS FAIR AND SATISFACTORY TO BOTH PARTIES. WE PLAN TO INVITE THE SAME COMPANY TO BID ON INTERIOR WORK IN THE FUTURE.

SECOND TIME WE'VE USED THEM. EARLIER THEY PAINTED THE WALLS. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL IN COMING OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND MAIL IT TO YOU IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE QUALITY OF THE PAINTING IS VERY GOOD, AND THE PAINTERS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. COORDINATION FOR GETTING STARTED ON DAY 1 WAS A LITTLE DISORGANIZED BOTH TIMES WE'VE USED THEM.

OVERALL, A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THERE WERE A FEW UP FRONT COMMUNICATION ISSUES THAT ENDED UP IN SOME DELAY. THE CARPENTER WAS NOT BROUGHT OUT FIRST TO ASSESS THE REPAIR REQUIREMENTS BEFORE THE PAINTER CAME TO SCRAPE AND PRIME. HOWEVER, IT ALL CAME TOGETHER WELL. BOTH THE CARPENTER AND THE PAINTER WERE PROMPT, POLITE, AND LISTENED TO REQUESTS AND FEEDBACK. FINNPRO PERFORMED AS A PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, ORGANIZATION.

WE DID NOT USE HIM, IT WAS A COIN TOSS BETWEEN THE TWO COMPANIES WE GOT FROM ANGIE'S LIST. NO PARTICULAR REASON; OLLIE WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL DURING THE ESTIMATE.

PAINTERS WERE NICE & PROFESSIONAL & DID DECENT JOB; COULD USE SOME IMPROVEMENT ON CLEAN-UP. PROJECT MANAGER, GEORGE, SHOULD HAVE PAINTED SAMPLE HUES ON MY WALL TO DETERMINE IF TINT MIXED BY STORE WAS CORRECT. LAST MINUTE PAINT DILUTION WAS ACCEPTABLE. BECAUSE THERE WAS NO TINT SAMPLING AND GEORGE DIDN'T ASK ME IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

THE RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR A BID WAS REASONABLY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL BUT THEIR PRICE WAS 33% ABOVE THE BID THAT WAS FINALLY ACCEPTED. WE CHOSE NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

THESE FOLKS WERE EXCELLENT. THEY CAME ON TIME, DID A NEAT JOB, ADVISED US OF ANY PARTICULAR CONCERNS, AND EVEN ADDED ONE MORE JOB (CLEANING UP SOME WOODWORK) THAT CAME UP DURING THEIR PAINTING WORK.

ROMAN WAS A DETAILED AND NEAT PAINTER (AND A NICE MAN). OLD HOUSE WITH LOTS OF PEELING PAINT TO BE REMOVED (ESPECIALLY WINDOWS AND TRIM). LOOKS GREAT FINISHED! REASONABLY PRICED FOR AMOUNT AND TYPE OF WORK. I'D HIRE THEM AGAIN!

THE PAINTER DID A GREAT JOB. HE ALWAYS ARRIVED A LITTLE LATER THAN HE SAID HE WOULD, BUT WORKED ALL DAY ON HIS OWN WITHOUT A PROBLEM. IT WAS A REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK PERFORMED.

OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS OF KEEPING OLD WINDOWS VS. REPLACING WITH NEW WINDOWS. CREW WAS NEAT AND TIMELY. VERY SATISFIED WITH FINAL PROJECT. VERY PROFESSIONALLY RUN BUSINESS.

ONLY COMPLAINT IS THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB. BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.
