This is the second time we used this company. They are very easy to deal with and very reliable. We will continue to use them going forward. I called them with a request for an estimate and a gutter cleaning. They found my account/history, told me the price (I approved it), and let me know that someone would be out within 2 days. The job was done timely, a bill was left (I was not able to be home) and everything was great. I appreciate professional companies like this one!!

Everything was wonderful. When I called for an estimate, they were very nice and the woman went over all the charges and scheduled me for the next day! Their estimate was right on. I have a 100 year old home, so many of the windows are originals with 2 storm windows. 2 men came out and did a great job. I never knew how dirty my windows were until now. I am thrilled I hired them. and I would recommend them to everyone!

I obtained a quote over the phone from this company for $240 to clean my windows. I described in great detain the number of windows, type of windows, type of storms, number of pains of glass, etc. When the workers arrived, one told me the job would be $310. When I told them I got a quote for $240, he said the cost would be $270. They told me that my gutters were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. They hadn?t put a ladder up yet or looked in the gutters. He said if I didn?t have the gutters cleaned now, when they were cleaned, the windows would get dirty again from water used to flush out the gutters spilling onto the windows. I told them that I had just had the gutters cleaned in the fall, but if they put up a ladder, I would go up and take a look to see if they needed to be cleaned. They put a ladder up in the front, one worker went up onto the roof, and I went up the ladder. There were no leaves in the gutter. He said that the gutters in the back of the house were full of leaves. I asked him to put up a ladder in the back and I would take a look. He came back and said the gutters were not very dirty in the back, and he would clean them for free. After this I called the company to report what I described above. I was told by the general manager that the job should be $260. They cleaned the windows and I paid the bill. I was told that the workers shouldn?t be changing the price, should not be soliciting for gutter cleaning that wasn?t discussed when I obtained the estimate for the window cleaning, or offering to clean the gutters for free. I was told that the general manager wanted to speak with his workers about this. After the job was completed, the general manager called me and asked if I was happy with the service. I said that the windows were cleaned to my satisfaction, but that I felt his workers lied to me, and attempted to commit fraud. I asked that he contact me after speaking to his workers. I have not heard back from him yet.

Everything was good. They returned my call quickly, showed up on time, confirmed the price before they started, did excellent work, finished quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.

2 man crew arrived on time - introduced themselves - we agreed to their estimate and they got to work. The job took about 3 hours - very nice job - washed all of our windows inside and outside. The crew did nice, detailed work.

This is the second time we've had McMahon clean our windows. It was easy to set up an appointment, and both times the team came out on time and did good work. Make sure you clearly understand how much the total job will be if you agree to any upsells the day off (cleaning the screens, etc.) because they will add up fast. The first time we had them out they cleaned the screens and our $180 bill quickly moved to $300 or so.

The service was excellent. They were ahead of schedule and called to see if they could come earlier than planned. This was agreeable to me. had all my windows (14 in all) and screens done. I found them to be efficient and professional. They had a system of cleaning which enabled they to be quick, but efficient. One on the outside and one on the inside of each window. A thid followed with the screens and the window sills. I would indeed call this company again to do my window cleaning. They took great care in protecting my carpets and walls when cleaning the high arch windows.

Same Day Service. Professional from start to finish. I think this is the 3rd or 4th time we've used them -- once per year. Very pleased.

They did a great job. When they first came , their estimate was high because my windows had been miscounted, but we walked around the house together and got an accurate counte. They were done in 3 hours and they did a wonderful job.

The entire process was simple. I called and got a quote over the phone, and scheduling was flexible. I also requested that the crew haul away any debris collected, at no extra cost. I got a confirmation call the morning work would be done; the crew showed up on time and the work was done efficiently.

When I called to schedule an appointment, they were professional and pleasant. The gutters were scheduled to be cleaned in the next 2 days. I received a call back about 15 minutes later and was informed that there was a crew in my area that could do the job that same day. Of course I agreed. The entire process from initial call to job completion was only a couple of hours! They did a good job with no mess. I will definitely use them again.

Called on monday they were there on tuesday. Left bill in mailbox - cleaned up after themselves. The only way I knew they were there is that the bill was left in the door.

It was a very pleasant experience. I sent them an email on Monday night later, they replied that they do service my area Tuesday morning around 8AM. I asked if they possible had openings for this Thursday since I would be off for the Memoral Day weekend. They promptly emailed me back with an appointment time. I then asked for pricing which she immediately emailed me back and answered one question for me. I inquired to the payment options and discounts available. I booked the appointment for a 11-1 time window and gave them directions. They confirmed the appointment. Two gentleman arrived at my home at 12:12 PM and immediately started counting windows. The senior team member stated the number of windows and they started to work. One man was on the inside and one was on the outside. They did a very good job and were both very professional and pleasant. The gentleman inside cleaned up after himself although there was not much to be concerned about. The gentleman outside was quick on his feet and up and down the ladder. He did not tromple any landscape or leave a mess. The windows are awesome, the price was fair, the service was prompt and professional. The senior partner brought me the invoice which was $115.00 less the $10.00 Angie's discount. I paid them in cash and they were gone as quickly as they arrived. Very impressive service. I am pleased.

Two men arived to do the windows. They removed their shoes to come in the house. They were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. 42 windows in 2 hours! I couldn't believe it! Windows were clean and without streaks. When they were gone you would never have known they were there. All was in order, sparkling windows, screens in place, and furniture and curtains back in place. I was very satisfied with their work. Will definitely use them again.

They actually answered the phone, which was nice. i usually have to wait for a call back. their price seemed fair. they were punctual and professional. they did not trample my plants with their ladders, which has been my experience with others. they were neat and did not leave a mess in the house or outside. they bagged up the debris from the gutters. i would recommend them and will call them again.

This company is excellent - we have had them do our windows twice a year and each time they leave our home sparkling. I highly recommend them.

I called at about 12:30pm to inquire about services available and costs. We have 27 windows in our home (including sliding doors), so the cost was $145 with an additional $1/screen cleaned. I asked to schedule an appointment and a team was finishing up a job locally and were at my house the same day. Three guys did the job in about two hours. They were very professional and took care to move furniture carefully. The windows look great. We were very pleased with the service.

Came out the same day that I called in for service (arrived within 30 minutes actually). Very satisfied with the responsiveness, and the service!

I was fundamentally satisfied with their work. I was pleased with the service. They were quite professional and competent and I would use them again.

We have been pleased with their work. They also cleaned the windows in our patio room the last time, but I will most likely not use them for the patio the next time because the rate for that seemed high. They will always give you a discount for being a new or returning customer if you ask. I have been happy and would use them again.

They did an excellent job. They removed some very heavy storm windows to clean them on both sides and then additionally cleaned the interior window protected by the storm. These are old wooden storm windows and are very heavy. They worked very efficiently in managing this part of the job. The windows were all cleaned, streak free, including the time consuming, 8 paned windows. They worked very quietly and they were amazingly quick in completing the job. They also had all the necessary equipment for working on a three story house. They were very pleasant and agreed without any problem to clean some skylights on our garage as well.

We have used them before a few years ago before we had Angie's List. When we wanted to use them again we looked them up on the list. They arrived early, did a good job and did what I expected them to do. It rained the first day they were supposed to be here, so I called them to let them know I was concerned and they agreed so we switched it to the next day.

They had a special going on. They came out within a few days of me calling. They are actually very fast, and they did a good job.

The two workers arrived after the two-hour window the dispatcher gave me, but they called and let me know they were on their way. They were courteous, efficient and careful with their work and cleanup afterwards.
