The quality of the work was excellent! Hugo was the lead man on the job and was courteous and professional. They were punctual and left the house clean. They even cleaned around the windows ouside where there were spiderwebs, dirt, and leaves. The price was more than they had quoted over the phone, which is understandable because I had some specialty windows. I think this could have been determined in the phone call so that I wouldn't have been surprised when they provided the estimate. In fairness, they did discuss with me prior to doing the work. And this is a minor gripe, as overall, the pricing seemed fair.

Carlos was extremely professional and polite. He spent over 8 hours at our home completing the services above and did an excellent job. We were very satisfied with the work.

They wash our windows as well. They would do the windows and the gutters. Fair price, I've used them for several years now. They are very responsible, reliable. I thought the pricing was fair and they did a good job. I could call and they would be here within a day or two.

They arrived on time. They are the fastest and best gutter cleaners I've ever used. They never make a mess or leave a mess. I have no problem recommending them.

It went well and quickly. I was surprised that the work crew arrived at 9:15 am on a Sunday morning but since they did not need anything from me until the job was complete it was no problem. They went to work immediately, connected their own hose to my outside water supply, and went up on the roof to proceed with the cleaning. In just about 1/2 an hour the job was complete, they removed the debris from my premises and left. The contact person was pleasant and polite. I would hire them again.

When I called to ask if they could clean only my bay window because it was egged,I was told they had a base price of $60.00. I said that was okay because I could not do it. We made the appointment to have it done. When the guys came they expected to do all the windows. I said no just the bay. I tried to explain, but the was a communication problem. Later, looking at the bill it said the price was for 1-18 windows. Had I been told that when I made the appointment I would have had them all done. Mark Crane, the general manager, called a few days later to see how it worked out. I explained about not knowing the 1-18 at the time I made the appointment. He was very apologetic, and sent me his card. He told me to call him the next time I wanted my windows done and he would make it up to me. I thought this was a very nice thing to do. I will definately use them again.

The guys were very polite and took his shoes off while inside the house. I haven't seen my windows sparkle like this in years.Thanks for such a great job guys.

I was very pleased with the overall process from obtaining a quote, scheduling a date and time, and the promptness,courtesy,efficiency,and thoroughness of the two workers who came out They did a great job of cleanup afterward., Two days later the owner called to ask if we were satisfied! It is uncommon now a days to get this level of service.

I finally found a window washing company that knows how to clean windows and are professional. I have not had my windows cleaned for two years because every time I use someone it is terrible. Came for estimate when they said they would. I received the estimate promptly. They scheduled the work promptly after I accepted the proposal and showed up when they said they would. Great experience. Called around 11AM, they were there in less than 2 hours! Left invoice in mailbox. Invoice differed from quoted price. One phone call and matter was cleared up. Will definately be using this company again. Also $10 discount when mentioning Angies List.

Everything was great. They cleaned the windows months ago, and they still look clean. Their rates are certainly competitive, as well.

I called on a Thursday evening after 5 pm. When i told them i was a member of Angie's List they immediately stated I would get $10.00 off without having to produce a coupon. I was advised that it may take 48 hours for someone to come out. I came home from work on Friday evening, the next day, the work had been done. The only thing I wish they would have done was to reconnect my hose.

Outstanding. I have used McMahon once or twice a year for the last 3 or 4 years. They always do a great job. They arrive on time, are very neat, and do a great cleaning job. I plan to continue using McMahon!

I live in a townhouse with cathedral ceilings and some of my windows are 24 feet high. One guy was on the outside and the other was inside. I liked that they gave the prices on their website. They showed the prices if you only do the outside too. I thought it would cost more because I didn't know how they counted windows so I figured the cost was going to be $225 so I was pleased because I had budgeted more. He counted the windows honestly. They were honest and for that reason alone I would use them again. He said to call them back if there was any streaking and I didn't need to call them back. He did a nice job. My windows are about 20 years old and get condensation on them. He explained how he could fix that and gave me a price for that but I haven't had that work done.

Found them on Angie's List and was impressed with the many positive reviews. Phone call was answered promptly and professionally. They were able to schedule me the very next day. They arrived on time (ahead of time actually!), performed the work well and did 26 windows in a little over an hour. Very happy with the results, the price, their responsiveness and their polite workforce. I'll use them regularly going forward.

Fabulous! They arrived on time. There were 4 workers who completed my whole house in an hour. They brought everything they needed to do the job including towels to put under the ladders to protect my floors and walls. They even washed all window sills.

This is the second time I have used this company and I am completely satisfied. I plan to utilize their services in the spring and in the fall, from now on. I especially appreciate the extra service they provided on both of these two prior occasions, when they re-attached loose gutter sections. The workers are thorough, friendly, and accommodating.

When I called for a quote and to set up an appointment, the salesperson was very helpful in explaining all options. I was given a quote of $120 and a service time of 11:00. The workers arrived right at 11:00 and got started immediately. They were very friendly and very professional. Any problems they encountered, they explained the situation and allowed me to make a decision regarding this. There was some staining on one window due to rust from a metal screen, but they got a special cleaning agent from the truck, and worked h****** the spot. It came as clean as the rest of the window. I appreciated the extra effort. When they were finished, the one worker, went back through the house double checking the job and making sure they had cleaned up everything. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else. It was nice to get a job done promptly, quickly and at a reasonable price. Now my windows are so clean, I'm having to clean my house a bit better!

It was a very positive experience. Several days later someone from the office called to follow up. I was impressed by that gesture.
