+ -1 more2 men came and very efficiently cleaned really clogged gutters, made sure spouts were clear and caulked one area that needed it. They cleaned up after themselves and were done in 1 hour. I can't recommend them enough, especially for the price.

+ 0 moreI called McMahon rather late in the season (November 8) for both gutters and windows. They were able to schedule me early the next week.. The first day, the crew was late due to a bigger than expected job. But thr office staff were apologetic and the crew arrived to get the gutters. The next day they arrived and quickly finished the windows. Very energetic with a personable lead man who has a can-do attitude. Results were fine and at a reasonaable cost. No problem with coupon as the discount already was taken when the bills were presented. Definitely would use again. Their service area is quite extensive so don't be put out by their Schaumbug office address.
Description of Work: Cleaned gutters on a two story house and a flat roofed two car garage. Washed the outside of all windows.

The windows and screens were quite dirty and the team did a great job. No mess left at all. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely utilize again.

+ -1 moreCalled for gutter cleaning service and left a message with LA McMahon. I called back again and finally spoke with someone who scheduled the work for the same day. The gutters were cleaned an hour BEFORE schedule and the debris was taken away. The invoice was mailed to me as requested and the GM called me to follow up check how things went. I paid my invoice over the phone with a credit card. Hassle free.
Description of Work: Called LA McMahon to clean the gutters on the house and the garage. Once I actually spoke with someone (had left messages), the work was completed the same day! I received a call from Mark Crane, the GM as he was calling to follow up with several questions that I had. The work was done quickly, neatly and the debris was taken away. (This is definitely not something that we were used to, based on experience from other service companies). The gentleman who did the work was so stealth that my 80-something year old, mother and my 60-something year old, sister did not even know he was there working! What an accomplishment, as nothing gets past them! I was extremely pleased with the job and the fact that Mark called himself to follow up with me. I used the $10 off online coupon without a hitch and it came in handy. Thanks.

+ 0 moreMarco and his crew arrived on time and Marco went thru the house with me to give me the exact price, after counting how many storm windows, screens, etc.. He ended up charging me less than my over-the-phone quote, since my gutters only were on part of the house. He was very honest and a pleasure to deal with. The crew got to work, and completed everything much more quickly than I would have expected. The windows sparkled (for the first time in years!). These workers were very polite, efficient, respectful, and hardworking. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I will definitely use their services again. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. I highly recommend these folks!

+ -1 moreIt was easy to arrange a day and time. They actually came an hour ahead of the 2-hour window. Went to work and were surprisingly quiet with what they had to do. They really seemed to take pride in their work and admired the windows again before they left. I don't think our windows have ever been this clean. Actually the windows were really dusty and grimy and now they absolutely shine.
Description of Work: Cleaned windows on a 2-story l928 home. Some just the inside and some both inside and outside. Our choice as some older windows don't open easily or at all.

+ -1 moreI was thrilled. They came the same day that I called them. I called them at 11’O clock in the morning. They said that they would probably take a couple of days, but they were here that afternoon. I know that it may not be something that they can do all the time, but I was absolutely thrilled. I’m in a duplex which is a 2 storey building and they did have to climb up on the roof. They charged me $110 and then I got the $10 off. I would grade then an A all the way down. They were 2 guys and they took out a lot of leaves from the gutters. I was watching outside my window because I have my office and that my garage touches up against it. They were on my roof and I was watching them. I was looking at the bags with the leaves that they were taking off. I knew that it was loaded. I would use them again in the future when my tree loses its leaves. Right now my tree is still green.

+ -1 moreThey were very quick to come out. I called in the morning and they were out within a few hours on the same day. The price was excellent it is normally 70.00 for a one level home like mine but I had a $10.00 off coupon from a flyer so it was $60.00. Be careful when pricing gutter cleaning out some companies charge extra for cleaning downspouts, this company didn't. There was just a bit of a language barrier but it didn't affect any thing. I will use them next year.

Description of Work: 2 gentlemen arrived at my home puntually at 9AM. One came in the house to take a quick survey before he started and the other immediately set up his ladder & commenced washing the outside of the windows. We have Pella windows thru out, some with shades or blinds within the window. They new how to open the windows to do the insides, etc. Thjey were quick, efficient & did an excellent job. Wouyld highly recommend them.

On the service date, they arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, completed the work in under an hour, and cleaned up all their debris before they left. They were prompt, efficient, and easy to work with. We would hire them again for gutter cleaning or other services they provide.
Description of Work: We hired this company based on their excellent, consistent reviews in Angie's List to clean out the very full gutters in the house we just moved into. Our house is two stories with a steep roof, and it appeared the gutters hadn't been cleaned in years; they were overflowing with leaves and debris.

Description of Work: i have my house on the market and needed windows and gutter cleaned asap...Company was very responsive to coming out and schedule service call when I knew someone was going to be home. They were on time and did a great job but they "missed" two windows in my garage (right by the entry way of my home) which were probably the worst of the bunch and I had a showing the next day. I called company immediately and they promised to send someone out again the following day. I work so I scheduled the time off in AM. Following morning, of course, they called and said they wouldnt be able to come until afternoon and they will call me when they are on their way. Dont they get that I work!!! Finally agreed that they would come at 4...Finally showed up after I called them at 5...I had a house showing at 6 but they were done on time...Windows look great but dont know if I would use them again!!!

Only a one-man team, and I thought the job would take all day, but he was very efficient, and had the job completed in about 4 hours. And it was a very hot day in July. 20 windows, plus storms and screens. He did a great job on the windows, which had not been cleaned in a few years. Only negative comment, a better job could have been done on the tracks, but considering how dirty they were, they looked great. Would definitely hire again.

When they finished the upstairs, I looked at their work and noticed that the corners of all the inside sills/tracks were still quite dirty. I asked them if they would go back and clean them. Reynaldo was very friendly and polite and said it wouldn't be a problem. When I checked their work the second time, it was practically spotless! I was impressed by their professionalism and their easy-going attitude. I will definitely use this company again. Reynaldo and his buddy did a fantastic job!!
Description of Work: Cleaned all windows inside and out along with the inside sills/tracks, frames and screens as needed. They were also asked to do the gutters, but one of the guys (Reynaldo) said they were still pretty clean.

Description of Work: We have about 40 windows in our house and over 25 are the type that are double pane with blinds in between, so that means each window has four sides. They knew how to open the catches on these windows and did a beautiful job. I've never seen them this clean.

+ 0 moreI called to see if they could schedule a window cleaning for a rental house, between tenants. They had same day availability! I met them and a 3 person crew went to work. The house was empty, so it was easy to get at all the windows. The windows are old, some are hard to move, but the crew got all of them clean, including every surface. What a difference. Then I asked them if they also could clean the gutters and they did that too, including washing them down. While they were doing all the planned work, I was trying to get a problem lock to work. The crew chief loaned me a screwdriver and helped with it a few times. I was very impressed and will definitely hire these folks again.
Description of Work: I started out just to get the windows washed, inside and out, storms and screens cleaned as well. Then when I saw the crew working hard and doing a great job, I asked if this crew also did gutter cleaning and had time - the answer was yes, so I had them do this too.

+ -1 moreThey arrived the same day I called, and charged exactly what I was told over the phone even though the gutters were REALLY overdue for a clean. They took around 4 bags of debris out, hosed down the gutters (even brought their own hose) then cleaned up thoroughly. My bay window had some splashes (just water), and Pedro told me he'd clean the window down, which he did. I was very happy with the job they did.

They cleaned up well however a little sludge was left on the front porch and the water hose wasn't turned off properly. All in all, they did a great job for the price.

+ -1 moreI called to schedule the cleaning, they accommoted my schedule and were at my house within a couple of days of the initial call. They arrived on time, went through everything I wanted them to do, gave me the exact pricing before they started anything, got my approval, were very careful of my wood floors when doing the inside skylights and got the whole job done in approximately 1 hour. The cost was exactly what they estimated, the time they estimated to do the job was accurate, and they were polite and very professional.
Description of Work: The team of 2 men washed the outside of all of my windows and 3 sets of sliding glass doors (outside only), 5 skylights (inside and outside), and 4 window wells (outside and inside) and one outer glass door on the side of the house. They were very careful and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.
