He did a good job, he was on time, and everything was fine. The price was reasonable for a two story home. They only do cleaning though, so I have to bring someone else out to fix a spot. They did well, but I would like to find someone who can repair a few things for me as well.

They were prompt, thorough, clean, non-intrusive.Windows look great!

A man came within the appointed window of time and after looking at the windows said this was an all day job and he currently didn't have all day. When I asked, now that he was here, what it was going to cost, he could not tell me in any way was clear to me. I had been told on the phome that storm windows were a a dollar extra but this man and I could not get clear about inside and out of the windows and inside and out of the storms. He left and I will not use this company as I can't get an idea of what I would be paying for.

The ole switcheroo that every Angie's List member hates: Called to make appointment on 5/7 for gutter cleaning. Person on phone asks if I have a one story or two story. I say two story. She says price is $110.00 for all two stories, but has a $10 coupon, so my total will only be $100. I agree and make the appointment. The next day, a crew of 3 show up. One of them gets out of the van first, knocks on my door, gives me the invoice and it says $100. Great. Another guy gets out of the van, looks at my house, and asks for the invoice back. He then tells me it's going to be $140, but with the $10 coupon, it will be $130. The guy tells me my house has more elevations, so it's more money. I tell him my house is a two story. He agrees that it is a two story. I tell him that the person on the phone was crystal clear about the price for a two story being $100. He said to call the office if I didn't believe him. I was on my way out of the house and didn't have time to argue with him. I told the guy to leave the newly revised bill on the door. When I got home, the gutters were indeed clean, but there was some dirt left on my deck in the rear, a downspout guard left in my backyard, and one of my landscape lights had a lid off of it and on the ground. All no big deal, just a small oversight. The bill was on the door for $130 instead of $100. Again, work was done well. If you are going to use this company, make sure you verify there are no additional charges that the workers can tack on when they get to your house.

They scooped out everything, put it all in plastic bags and hosed out the gutters and made sure it was all running through. This is the second time that I've hired them.

I was very pleased with them and they were excellent.

Very efficient from start to finish. Called to get an estimate and was able to schedule gutter cleaning services the next day. Two men team came out and completed the service in about 30 minutes for 2 story house. Really no complaints.

Very nice job. Will use them again next Spring.

When I called to inquire about the gutter cleaning service I spoke with a very pleasant and well informed lady who explained the service and pricing. She then made an appointment for the work based on my schedule. On the day of the service two gentlemen showed up right on time, surveyed the the work to be done (including an estimate for window washing I asked for), and got straight to work. They completed the job in a very timely manner and cleaned up the area around my home nicely. The men were respectful, courteous and professional.

They quoted me a firm price, scheduled immediately, showed up exactly on time and did a WONDERFUL job for less than elsewhere. I wll call them every spring and/or each time I need my windows cleaned. Thank you!

They're absolutely excellent, I have used them a long period of time, some people in the neighborhood have used them for decades, and they do a splendid job. Everything is all up front, they charge the same amount for windows, except there is an up charge for doing storms, and you know all charges before they start.

I called L A McMahon because I had used them to wash my windows last Fall and they did an excellent job. The price for the gutter cleaning my two-story house was competitive and they provided a $10 off coupon.The lady who took my order was pleasant and professional. Their two-man crew arrived within two hours of my placing the order. The work took them less than half an hour including caulking two seams that were leaking. They found and removed a can of wasp spray left by my last house painters which was blocking one of the downspouts.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment and I was able to get my first choice of date/time. Luis (?) arrived a bit early and went to work right away. Previously, there has been 2 guys sent to the complete the job, but I was totally satisfied with Luis' work and the windows still look outstanding. He was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised when I was moving furniture back into place how little clean up I had to do behind him. I will definitely use L A McMahon again and will for sure request Luis. He was outstanding!

They are excellent and I am going to use them again. I found a good recommendation for them on Angie's List. They did everything I asked. They missed a couple of windows and they came back to clean them with no problems at all.

Overall very satisfied. Due to car troubles they were about two hours late,,but did call to let me know. It did seem that they were rushing at the end as it was past 5 and had to ask them to better clean the screen door tracks and remind them to do the skylights. They were very professional and worked hard. Got a lot for the money.

Great company! L A McMahon Window Washing came out when scheduled. They cleaned all the windows inside and outside of my home. L A McMahon Window Washing did a great job, no streaks, and nothing on the floor or the carpet. My windows are now crystal clear for a very fair price. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The quote was done over the phone and scheduled. The crew arrived on-time and worked hard.

Overall, it was all done in an hour. It was excellent. We were even called a day or two later to check if we were satisfied.

They did our entire two flat. All windows, including basement, inside and out. Took quite awhile, but frankly was no fuss, no muss, and no leftover mess. The guys were great. Will use them every spring.

I was looking for a company to clean my gutters. Several companies I called were quoting me $150 with extra charges to clean downspouts. I noticed that several customers they serviced here on Angie's List were extremely happy with their services. When I called their offices to get q quote, to my surprise, they quoted me $110 and gave me a $10.00 phone coupon. Upon the quote, I scheduled my date. On the day of the service, I received a call confirming my time and that their service crew was on their way. The crew of two gentlemen showed up on time. They went up on my roof and cleaned and rinsed out all my gutters. To my surprise, they even cleaned a clogged downspout and did not charge me extra. All the debris was neatly picked up and the gentlemen placed the bags in my garbage cans because they said they were too heavy for me to lift and they didn't want me to hurt myself. I was extremely pleased with their service and I will definately use them again next fall!

They finished the job very quickly and they were professional.

Four guys came, 2 inside and 2 outside. They clearly have a method and are VERY professional. They took out the storms to get them really clean. The house sparkles! Much better than any window cleaning I've had before. If they couldn't open a window storm (due to stained glass or age), they let me know.

They come out really fast and do a great job. They are personable and easy to talk with.

I've used this company about four times before and they are always very efficient, courteous, and do a great job. The 2 workers completed the job in 1 + 1/2 hours. The windows sparkle and look great.
