I called on a Thursday and was given a Saturday appointment with a 2-hour window arrival time. The crew arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They were prepared and had all of the supplies and ladders they needed. They were very respectful of my home. My windows are gleaming and my screens are immaculate. I have used three different services in the past and this is the only one that I would recommend without reservation.

Excellent experience. Super-easy to work with. I called, they came out the next day (Saturday) at the beginning of the two-hour window they gave me. They cleaned my gutters and even replaced a high lightbulb while they were up there. I defiantly recommend them!

They used to come twice a year. Now come about once a year. They promptly show up when scheduled and do an excellent job.

I've used McMahon for at least 5 year, both for my home and the small office building I managed. I thought it was time to add to all the positive comments on this site. Marko and his helper cleaned all 37 windows and doors plus the screens and even cleaned the sills on the windows. They arrived at my house on time, and were so quick and professional, I barely knew they were there. Great job!

The whole process was so efficient, make an appointment, they show up, clean the windows, you pay and done... Can't get any simpler than that. I will use them again.

A two person crew arrived on time and did an excellent job, especially on the skylights which are difficult to reach and had not been cleaned in over five years.The crew was careful, removing their shoes to do the interior work, and working around furniture and drapery.We were extremely pleased with the entire experience.

I typically find the experience less than pleasant, but never was inclined to write a review until today's final straw. First of all, the woman who answers the phones is RUDE. She was rude last November too, I remember. I only called them today to inquire for service again because they had left a message earlier this Spring asking for my business again so I figure I would give them a call today to see what the schedule was like, because I have a very specific need/time frame due to some other work going on. She cut me off before I even got my first sentence out to explain this and then cut me off again after she gave me availability and I had a follow up comment/question. HINT: Let the customer finish the d*** sentence at the very least, it's COMMON COURTESY. It's really sad when a decent business has a person like this on the front lines. I am sure the owner has no idea how rude she is on a regular basis to people who call in to inquire about their services. Flash back to last November, I was trying to book a double appointment for both me and my neighbor who travels quite a bit. You would think that this would be a good thing for them, you know, double business, but it was met with some resistance but we did eventually hammer out a time to get them out here to do both houses and my neighbors garage. But remember they were doing me the big favor. (ha) Generally speaking, I find the workers to be somewhat careless around your property and with your hose, etc and I remember having to ask one of the guys (the younger one) to please not have the water pouring out of the hose going directly into my foundation--I mean, who leaves a hose running on the ground directly next to the house? He was clearly irritated that I even asked him..... Perhaps he doesn't realize how much a foundation repair costs; Well I do and it was due to water running directly against my building like that! They work quickly but I found the work somewhat half assed, finding missed spots on windows and debris in the base of the downspouts they didn't clear over the next few days. Perhaps maybe they shouldn't rush so much? I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks more for attention to detail and politeness/common courtesy when calling in for service. That being said, I think i am done with them, there are just too many other companies out there so I will keep looking or go back to AJ's whom I've also used in the past. I think I switched because of cost if I recall-- now I remember why paying a little extra is worth it. This company spends a lot on glossy flyers and coupons and seasonal calls so you remember to use them again; coming from a Customer Service background here's a tip: Being nice to repeat customers and doing a detailed job is all the reminder we really need!

They did do a good job cleaning the windows and chandeliers. However, his ladder system was unsafe and I felt he put his people in danger. Their ladders weren't tall enough to reach the chandeliers. If they got taller ladders it would make for a much safer working environment.

I had to fire them. They were terrible people. They were recommended by Angie’s List. They are a terrible company. They were ridiculous. I gave them a check as I always did to one of their workers. Later, they told me that I had not paid them. This went on for a long time. One of the workers was a woman. Later, they told me that they had never hired a woman to work for them. They did not even know who was working in my house as part of their crew. It was a bad mark on them. Finally, I sorted it out. They agreed to pay the stop-payment charge on the check as they did not know what their employees did with the check. I do not want to see them again and I would never ever recommend them to others. Their price was average, and their responsiveness was poor. I will never use them again.

David and his helper arrived on time. After giving him a few special instructions, he and his partner set straight to work. They wore booties to protect the house. The windows were spotless when they were finished as were the screens. I asked that the screens be cleaned with soap and water and thoroughly dried. Everything was put back in place as they found it and they left within a reasonable amount of time. I have been using this company at least once a year for over 10 years. You can count on them to do a good job.

They were great. The team arrived on time. They removed all of the grids from inside, washed all the screens, and all of the windows. They were careful inside not to make a mess in the house. The team was three people and took about an hour. They were extremely courteous. I even received a call the next day to make sure I was happy, which I was. The windows look great. I will have them back next spring!

We probably might use them again in the future if required.

I thought the company was extremely easy to schedule with and polite on the phone. Their weekend availability was great and they were willing to reschedule when the weather didn't look ideal (there was rain in the forecast). The workers arrived early, about 30 minutes early, which is typically a good thing, but causes a little stress when you are rushing to get home to meet them. The workers were polite and thorough and did a really nice job. The best part was this company was less expensive than previous companies we've used and they did a better job. I would highly recommend them.

We have used this company several times in the past and had excellant results. Not this time. During the previous appts, we were told that the workers needed to use oven cleaner to get the outside of the windows clean.So, Saturday 3 guys show up for the appointment and did not have oven cleaner with them. My husband told them without the oven cleaner the windows would not be clean. So, one of the workers went out and purchased a can of oven cleaner. But....they added a 35.00 extra charge for 'pre-cleaning'. We NEVER had to pay a preclean charge before.I wasn't home when the work was done. The windows that were supposed to be clean....many of them have streaks or spots that were missed. I was unhappy with the work, so first send an email....no response. Called the next day and talked to a very nice woman who then transferred my call to a not very nice guy. He claimed that there was always an upcharge for 'pre-cleaning' the windows with oven cleaner and we were lucky that we didn't have to pay it in the past. Really? Then I asked about the streaky windows and he said he would have to check the schedule and call me back. Still waiting for call. The contract says they guarantee; if you are not completely satisfied , call within 7 days of service date and we'll re-clean to your satisfaction. At this point, I am so disgusted with them, that I'm not sure I want them back.

Excellent. Professional from the begining. They told me they had appointments for the following week but they said they could put me on the 1 - 4 day list and if there was a cancellation or extra time they would fit me in. They came the next day. If I didn't have the invoice on my door and my downspouts weren't absolutely empty I never would have known they were here. Much appreciated because I have a big garden going.

I have used this company for several years for gutter cleaning, and for window washing last fall. They are always prompt and professional, and do the job quickly and well.
