They are very professional and prompt and do a great job. One time one gutter still had some drainage problems afterward and they came back and made sure it was working perfectly at no extra charge. We highly recommend them.

Two professional window cleaners came out and performed the service. This was helpful since one could work inside while the other worked outside. Services that only use one cleaner will many times poke through the screen to lift it off from the outside, which is what our previous window cleaner did. These enlarged holes are bothersome since bugs can easily get in and it damages the screen. Windows are clean and look great.

It went perfectly overall. They arrived when they said they would, charged exactly what they bid, and did an excellent job, completing the task quickly and efficiently.

We've used L A McMahon for window washing and gutter cleaning in the past. We had a few branches blocking our gutters on the second story and needed to have all the gutters cleaned. I called L A McMahon in the morning and was told that our address would be added to the list. It seems that a lot of other folks needed to have their gutters cleaned! They weren't sure when they would be able to get to me, but promised to call me. By the time I cam home that afternoon, their were 2 gentlemen hard at work. L A McMahon had left a message that a crew was in the area and would be squeezing me in. The crew worked hard and bagged all of the debris. They asked me where to put them and moved them out of the way. Since I was home, I was able to sign off on their work and make my payment. Another great service from L A McMahon!

We set up an appointment for gutter cleaning three weeks earlier. We agreed on a time frame for starting between noon to 2 pm. They arrived at 12:30, set up their ladder, requested access to a hose and water, and proceeded to clean the gutters. They provided their own tools and bags, and disposed of the leaves and debris on their own. They were finished within a few hours with minimal mess and noise. The price was better than reasonable. I will use their services next year.

I've never had the windows cleaned, so it made a huge difference and they looked great. It was a pretty big job, so there were two guys here for half the day. Very thorough. And they made sure everything stayed clean around them as they worked inside (took shoes off, laid down towels, etc.) Would definitely use them again.

Great experience. I have used LA McMahon for my gutter cleaning for 4 years now, and I've never been disappointed. Scheduling was done over the phone and you don't need to be home for them to do the work. You can call in later to pay with a credit card. They came out one while my parents were at the house and 3 guys finished the work in about 20 minutes. $100 may seem expensive for this short amount of time, but it beats me spending 3-4 hours climbing all over the roof. These guys are one of the biggest and best in the Chicago area for window washing and gutter cleaning. Save yourself some time and forget shopping around -- just go with LA McMahon!

Great service. The team was on time, estimated the job and the prince quoted matched their on-site estimation. They were here about 2 1/2 hours and my windows are clean and bright. It was a "painless" process that made me wonder why I kept procrastinating getting it done. I had quotes from other services for up to $150 more for the same job. I will definately use them again!

Office staff I talked with and Marco & Tony, who did the actual work were all easy to talk to and a pleasure to do business with.

We have used this company before and were quite satisfied. This time was even better. The man and woman who came to do the work were neat and clean and very polite. They did an excellent job, even taking off the removable glass inserts from the storm doors and thorougly cleaning them, something that I hadn't thought to include in the job myself.

Scheduling the appointment via phone went smoothly. I did not have to be at home and was informed that given their busy schedule the work would be performed within the next 5 days. A representative called later to confirm a date and approximate time that the work would be performed. The person performing the work showed up on Sunday aftenoon while I was at home. He was very professional and performed the work quickly but thoroughly. The debris from the gutters were removed from the premises and the gutters were flushed with water to ensure water flow. The person performing the work informed me of a problem with a lower level gutter end cap and suggested I have it repaired before winter. I was able to do this fairly easily myself. Overall a very positive experience.

Called them around 0900h to request gutter cleaning. They indicated they could do the job the same day, and in fact arrived a few hours later. They were quick, efficient and did a thorough job. In short, they were prompt, professional and competitively priced. I will use them again.

They arrived in the time frame planned. They quickly got their equipment ready and proceeded to begin the job of cleaning guttters. They one of the workers started the 2nd floor windows while the other cleaned up after the gutter job and then started on the 1st floor windows. They brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They were done in 2 hours.

Used a competitor the past several years, but when I called prices has been raised significantly. Went to Angie's list to find a highly rated service provider and came upon L.A. McMahon. I called, they were very professional and responsive. Quoted me a great price and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and cleaned the gutters and cleared the downspouts. No debis was left behind. Very professional worker and job. Will definitley call again next time I need my gutters cleaned.

We have used L.A. McMahon to clean our windows for several years. We have never been disappointment. Today was no exception. The crew arrived on time. Their work was first class. They are professional and considered. They charged the same price that they charged us two years ago.

We had a little problem because the windows were still dirty when they left. I called them and told them about it, and they offered to come back and go over them again, but by then, my son had already redone them. We won’t be calling them again.

I have used L.A. McMahon exclusively for the past 10 years. Each year, the crew they send are very professional and courteous. The work they do is second to none. The work is also done very quickly and the price can't be beat!
