The team from Squeaky Clean has been cleaning my house for about 2 years now. They are always courteous, prompt, and do great work. They are conscientious about their job every time. They're also very easy to contact about changes in schedule and communication is never a problem.

Good service. They took on a very dirty basement as a special request and I was pleased with the overall result.

I hired the cleaning company last minute on a Saturday and Tod was able to find 2 ladies to come to my rental house and clean for a very detail-oriented tenant that same afternoon. As the customer, he kept me informed of everything they were doing and even called me on a Sunday to work out additional details. He was very understanding of our situation and provided great customer service.

Good work. The house looks great. They were very flexible and able to accommodate my schedule and I continue to use them on a monthly basis.

When I was in a terrible bind, Todd got two of his expert cleaners over to my apartment on short notice to help, and help they did!! I have had them back and will again. They take direction well, make really good suggestions about the best way to go about the most efficient cleaning! Highly recommend

I have been using Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean every other week for several months now. I started with one team that did an excellent job. After the holidays, they were no longer with the Company, but the new team has done a very good job as well. They are extremely responsive when I haven't been satisfied with something. Right before Christmas, I had a problem with some work that a trainee had done (I was asked ahead of time for permission to send her). Todd sent a crew back to fix the situation and told me he wanted to make sure the house was the way I wanted it for Christmas. Overall, they are very conscientious and eager to please.

The cleaning crew was fantastic! They surveyed my home, and got to work right away. I would recommend to anyone and everyone who would listen!

They've been pretty good. They charge about $37.00 per person per hour. I think I got a $200.00 job done. They're very good, but you might have to schedule in advance and they're not as cheap as some of the other services.

Contacted this company via a form on their website. They said someone would get back to me the same day - and they did. However, I had already hired a company that is closer to the property we wanted cleaned. The gentleman who called was courteous and professional. When I told him we had already engaged someone else, he was polite and did not attempt to push me to change our decision. I would definitely give them an opportunity in the future, though I think we may be out of their service area.

It went well and I would hire them again, especially for a large cleaning project.

Tod was amazingly helpful in trying to arrange cleaning of our house. Although we found we were outside of their usual service area AND we were looking for something at extremely short notice, he made calls and made a valiant effort to get something together for us. He was communicative, friendly and understanding throughout the process, and called to notify us of the unfortunate "no" outcome (understandably schedules couldn't be shifted enough when combined with the added travel time), he called back as soon as he explored every avenue, where other providers might have left us hanging.

I called Shelly Bean and Todd, one of the owners, fit me in. I got a team of two young women who worked hard to get everything done that I needed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, because he fit me in, the girls were very late, but Todd kept me updated so fully, it was actually, another testament to their quality!

Awesome! Anna and Lilly worked quickly and efficiently. I wanted an hour of service, and had no idea what could be done in that amount of time. The two ladies were able to completely clean the kitchen, wiped all appliances until they looked like new, and made the counters smooth as silk. They also vacuumed the living room, hall and master bedroom areas, washed the kitchen and hall floors, and dusted the living room side tables, dining room table and chairs and the master bedroom. Both bathrooms were also cleaned to a sparking finish. I am looking forward to having these two ladies back on a regular basis. Thank you for such great service!

First cleaning paid extra hourly cleaning rate everything was done well. Rotating staffing issues and quality of service deteriorated, always rushing no attention to corners. Rya was very thorough but overwhelmed with training. Many times new people would just be standing there watching her work. New people in constant training. Always something missed. Furniture not vacuumed, microwave untouched, counters not wiped down, floors not cleaned. After complaints regarding service, was dropped.

They did a fabulous job!! The stove and open looked brand new. The bathrooms were sparkly clean! I would highly recommend them!

We really appreciated how accommodating they were, and they made the house look spotless and move-in ready. They accomplished in a few hours what would have taken us a day or two.

Excellent service. The two ladies arrived at the specified time and did a great job cleaning. Floors, kitchen and bathroom. Everything looked good and smelled wonderful. I plan on using them on a regular basis. Happy customer.

It took over six hours for a basic move out clean. After 3 hours the crew notified me the job was done. Upon inspection, the basic cleaning elements were missed. For example, the toilets were swooshed with cleaner but under the rim was missed and not cleaned. Sweeping of the tile floors had dust in all the corners. When calling the owner, he said that he would correct the problems. He did but at my expense. I had to pay him for SIX hours! A direct quote, "If you had Merry Maids and you didn't pay them for the six hours, they would sue you!"

After about three months, the cleaning service I receive each time is top notch. Periodically, Todd will contact me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. My home smells clean after the crew has been to my house and my entire home is spotless. I can tell that the same crew cleans my home each time because their work is consistent and on-point.

They did a good job, would use them again.

My previous cleaner had to cancel on me. At the last minute I contacted the manager/owner of Squeaky Clean. They scheduled a cleaning for me right away. The two women who came to clean did a great job. The house was clean, and smelled nice and fresh. I have 2 dogs, so that was important. Easy to schedule, very flexible and friendly.

My mother was thrilled - and at 76 when it comes to cleaning that is not an easy task. I have to admit I was a little nervous for the crew. They arrived on time and all got along well, the work was done to her specs and she was thrilled. Thanks to Squeaky Clean I am now her favorite child, I'm sure.
