They did a good job and the project managers/foreman were thorough

Ian Holland their sales guy was terrific. I had a small job: a garage roof. Ian was on time, listened and got the details right. His numbers were the best too. And Ian made sure the schedule worked for me and his company. They were supposed to start between 12 & 1pm. They showed up at 7:30am and wanted to get started. Fortunately I was working from home that day so it wasn’t an issue. They stripped the old 2 layers and were done in 4 hrs. Cleaned up as they should have. In a few days their aluminum guy showed up. He did a neat and professional job. But I had to argue with him about how many downspouts to install. Well actually with his supervisor. He said code was 2. I said I wanted all the run off to go into a rain barrel so wanted one without having to run extra gutter after they left. He agreed when I when I promised to pay extra if it needed to be redone. So he wasn’t very interested in trying to help me get what I wanted. The city inspector was fine with it. So big issue worked out to be no issue. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars all across.

My sales person Ian Holland is the best, he was kind, friendly and very professional. He provided an estimate, (which was a great price compared to the other roof estimates that I had received) and explained everything that was involved in tearing off the old roof to installation of the new roof. I would strongly recommend A&D Home Improvement for all of your home improvement needs. The contractors and staff were very patient, and helpful in answering all my questions. I am happy with my new roof. They do great work!

Very impressed with quality of materials, workmanship and pricing. A 14 man crew did the tear off and re-shingle of our large and complex roof in only one day. Neighbors were impressed too.

Great service, great job and clean-up

I hired A&D after my neighbor researched many companies and had A&D replace their gutters. It was an excellent price and experience. They came when scheduled, completed the work and tidied up all within a few hours. Knock on wood, I think the gutter replacement solved my basement leakage problem that I believe was created by poor drainage. Would definitely recommend.
