Price was too high. Writing on work was so poor, had a hard time reading it. Some was a guess.

Prompt, professional, friendly. Couldn't recommend more.

Overall was a great experience Bill was very knowledgeable and great at customer service. Only reason I gave it a 4 is I paid $133 for a "level 2 inspection" which took an hour (door to door), no cleaning or anything. Seems like a lot for what I got.

The person was very informative and showed me before and after pictures of the inside of the flue and the work he did. He was very thorough and I would definitely recommend this company.

david is one of those honest repair guys who explains why you need or don't need items the home inspector for the sale of our home thought incorrectly that an air intake duct was faulty ....david explained that it was correctly ducted and safe and provided certification all for no charge ...how ever i did have the broken rain cover repaired on the spot and very reasonably priced

This is a very professional and knowledgeable company. The technicians who did our work were friendly, thorough and extremely organized and prepared for the job at hand. They have to order some parts and complete the work, and once they do, I will rate them at 5 stars.

Dave Valor and the Valor Chimney Service did a great job on the cleaning of my laundry vent. He was thorough even sending me pictures of the procedure before and after his work. The invoice was very explanatory and the service was delivered with courtesy and professionalism. Dave knew what he was doing and showed it in his step-by-step approach to doing the job. I would highly recommend his company to everyone without a doubt.

Very professional workers. They came in for a regular chimney clean and inspection and found a few things that needed some work. Without pressuring me, they were very patient and took the time to explain why each issue should be taken care of and even waited while I discussed with my husband and about how we would like to move forward. Wonderful work and we can't wait to enjoy our lovely fire place all winter.
