A quick and easy experience. Rob was very friendly, worked quickly, and took time to answer all my questions.

Knowing nothing about dryer vent cleaning, I researched it online so I knew what to expect and what it would cost. Of the three businesses homeadvisor.com listed, Rob called me right away, explained what he would do and quoted a price at the low end of what I expected to pay, so we scheduled a time without waiting for another call. He gave a two-hour window of when he would come and called when he was on his way. He cheerfully answered my questions, cleaned the vent, and cleaned up before he left. (One of the other companies called several days later, and I never did hear from the third. ) I appreciate that this is a locally-owned business where I was able to deal directly with the owner.

Rob did an excellent job in an efficient way. His price was very reasonable.

Rob stayed in touch the day of the appointment regarding his arrival time & did a great job cleaning the work area once the work was done. We had a question after he left; when we called to ask he came right back to provide the explaination we needed.

I hired Fire It Up Chimney Services and Robert Fiege did a great job. He fixed issues with cracking and pointed out that I had a water leak coming in to the Chimney. He went up to the roof, photographed the issues, showed them and then FIXED them. Took after photos of what he did. Rob did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing our fireplace and chimney which have not been serviced for over 20 years. We have yet to fire it up, but will feel comfortable doing so when the time comes. Rob provides a rare service and we recommend him highly.
