H&F Exteriors was very fast and professional! I am extremely happy with my experience; not to mention that my new roof looks great!

I used H&F exteriors to install windows in a 130 year-old historic property. The old windows were crusty and inefficient. The new windows are great, and have cut the heating and cooling bills in half. H&F and their team were terrific to work with, honest and responsive.

I started by reaching out to a number of local roofing companies. In particular to a prior company I had used before Because of good experiences. Ultimately, I found out that the sales team at H&M was absolutely phenomenal. The communication was great. They worked with me to help me understand exactly what was going to happen. They helped me with my particular budget for the customizations that my roof needed (Including new flashing, and a new vent or two, and installing a solar roof vent). That being said, Jill did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was responsive, took her time and listened to my concerns and feedback. Ultimately, my roof looks great, the leak I was having from the flashing is gone, I now have solar power For my attic vent. Iâ m very happy with the way this turned out. Probably the biggest issue that I experienced was that I found that there was a language barrier between the labor force, and the sales side/operational side. My wife and I were under the impression that our carport roof would match the main roof In terms of color (black). Ultimately, A white roof was placed on the carport. Additionally, We had some wood rot that we wanted to have repaired, and we communicated that initially. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the areas in which there was wood rot had not been replaced, and the labor team had to come back out to fix much of it. When the project was done, we had a ton of leftover wood that I had painted to be hung up, but it ultimately was not part of the labor quote, and therefore they didnâ t touch it. (I made a cornhole set). In summary, The sales team was absolutely phenomenal and I loved working with Jill. But I do think that operation there could be some improvements. The roof looks great and the gutters are now seamless with gutter guard (no more gumballs).

H&F Exteriors installed siding on our garage. We were very pleased with their work. Their Project Manager Brenden McKechan was very thorough in explaining what they would be doing and the cost. We would highly recommend H&F Exteriors.

Nothing is perfect, but overall I was pleased with my H&F experience. Had a new roof installed by H&F Exteriors recently, as part of an insurance claim. I received excellent customer service by Connor Davey and the H&F Team. Connor came to my residence to evaluate my situation, met with the insurance inspector (big plus!), provided written documentation as needed, and he and his team continued to work with my insurance company throughout the entire process. Could not have been easier on my end!

We had had several other roofing companies look at a leak in our roof. Every time they said it was fixed. i contacted Brendan with H&F Exteriors, he came out, isolated the issue, and had his team fix it. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, kept us well informed when work would be done, and provided good clean up. I would recommend them without hesitatioN!

These guys are great! As if 2020 didn't have enough challenges, we also had a leaky roof. We got the run around from another company and then Juan with H&F showed up! He was kind, very detailed in his estimates and paperwork, and a great communicator. Their crew finished our roof in a timely manner and was great about cleaning up. They were all very friendly and I would definitely use them again, but hoping we won't need to for a lonnnng time!

It took them 45 days to come out. They tarred the wrong part of the house while we waited so we still had water in our living room. I have more leaks now than before I hired them. They removed gutters, drain, and gutter guards without replacing them causing significant water damage to two places in our home. The chimney leaked one day after they were completed, and I am in danger of losing both the roof and the ceiling in a flat area they replaced. They took shortcuts and made my cute little gingerbread cottage into a nightmare with so much damage. Tim Bearden, H and F project manager, has done nothing but put me off, and give me the run around for the last 3.5 weeks. Assured me he feels this is unfortunate timing, and that it will work out. And not to worry if my ceiling does fall thru they will fix it. I would not trust them to fix anything at this point, In the meantime, the owner of the company does not take calls, the representative does not take calls, and the man they sent out to look at my roof today *no habla English* which we know is untrue, because he was overheard speaking it on his cell phone. I have posted the terrible work on my Facebook page as a warning to other homeowners.

I had HF Exteriors replace my roof in October. I selected them because, from the beginning, they were the most professional company that I had talked to about the project. During the enitre process, they kept me informed on the schedule, arrived on time every time, and performed the work as promised. The site was cleaned up perfectly wen finished. Would not hesitate to use the company again.

Professional the entire process! Prices are competitive to other businesses. They kept me updated when materials would be delivered and if any changes may occur in scheduling due to Covid often. Communication was exceptional! Work was done exactly as they explained and cleaned up same day. I would highly recommend H&F Exteriors to anyone looking for a reputable roofer!

Great experience with H&F Exteriors. Needed a roof inspection on short notice for an older house we were purchasing. Juan was able to schedule the inspection within a few days and got back to me with results immediately. The roof was recently replaced and Juan confirmed that the job was done properly. Huge help to get this done quickly, and I appreciated not being "upsold" any work that I didn't actually need. Would recommend H&F and will use them again when the need arises.
