Everything went very well. Our most sincere thanks to these wonderful folks for not only removing the snow but for helping to ease our anxiety over being able to keep our important appointment.

I was not happy this most recent year. They weren't very timely.

Excellent work. We have used Revive for 7 years and never had a problem. Their prices are great. Our carpets always look excellent when they are done cleaning them.

They are good. I wish their snow removal was a little better, but they do the best they can. They charge a little more if there is an excess of snow. They are very reasonably priced. I will continue to use them.

They did a very nice job. I have used them a couple of times and have had great services from them. I always see good results. They usually answer any questions I may have.

They were on time. They did a great job. They payed attention to their surroundings and did not brake anything. I would recommend them to anyone who needed the service.

We have used Revive Services Inc now for 10-12 years because they are incredible, responsive, and very reliable. We never have had any worries. Their work is above and beyond fantastic. I recommend Revive Services Inc to everyone in our area, they are the best.

It was a long day but worth every penny. They started with the air ducts which apparently had never been cleaned. It took them a long time but I was happy they were so diligent. Afterwards, they cleaned the carpet major traffic ways as well as the dining room. We are red wine drinkers so I was extremely pleased to see the results. Everything looked great and they did a great job cleaning up. Oh, did I mention that I called them on a Tuesday and they showed up that Saturday. Great!

Very unimpressive. Price was $25 higher than their ad because I missed some Nov. 1 deadline, which wasn't mentioned in their ad! Because there were only a handful of heavy snowfalls last winter in our area, they only came 3 or so times. Out of those, one time they skipped us altogether! We called, but they didn't come back to fix the error for over 12 hours, after the evening commute! The other times, they left so much snow on the driveway that I had to go out and re-clear it by shoveling. Now I expect some mess from the city plows, but that's not what this was. This was a layer of an inch or two over about half the driveway, and about 3 feet in front of the garage that was untouched and didn't get plowed at all! If you have to go out and shovel your driveway anyway...why hire a plowing service? Plus, they send you annoying junk mail all year long for carpet cleaning, duct cleaning and other services!

THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THEY WOULD ARRIVE ON THE EARLY SIDE OF THEIR ESTIMATE AND CONFIRMED IT WAS OK. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN THE TIME ESTIMATED. I'M HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE USED REVIVE SERVICES FOR MY CARPETS. MY CARPET WAS HEAVILY SOILED AND IT LOOKS BRAND NEW. THE GUYS ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND DON'T WASTE ANYTIME. THEY MOVED FURNITURE THAT WAS TO HEAVY FOR ME. THEY EVEN ARRIVED EARLY!! THEY ARE THE ONLY CARPET CLEANERS THAT I HAVE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH.

IT IS RARE TO FIND A SERVICE CONTRACTOR THAT RETURNS PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, SETS UP SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIMES, AND THEN ARRIVES PROMPTLY FOR THE APPOINTMENT. REVIVE DOES ALL OF THIS...THEY ARE TERRIFIC.
