Tom Baxter did a great job. He called a head to advise of his arrival time and arrived within that time frame. He explained each step of the diagnostic inspection in detail before starting the job. He patiently answered every question asked of him regarding the job and would reference village, city, county, state, and union electrical codes that would need to be met when repairing the service issue. Tom Baxter has years of experience and was a member of the IBEW in the city of Chicago. He is thorough in his work and when the job is completed and the job site cleaned, he'll ask the customer to review the completed job and if it meets their satisfaction.
