When the garage door could not be opened, we utilized Angies List to find a local company that serviced garage doors and had received excellent ratings from other Angie customers. Branden and his company, First Class Garage Door, fit the bill. I called First Class at 9am, Branden said he could be there by noon. In fact, he arrived by 11. He immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced the logic board and reprogrammed the remotes and wall unit. In addition, he rebalanced the door, oiled and lubed the tracks and adjusted the spring tension. He was very professional and completed his work quickly and efficiently. I was very appreciative of his efforts and how quickly he responded to our phone call. He will definitely be the first person I call when any issues arise with our garage door.

Fantastic. We used the Angie's List discount coupon. Branden came the same day as we called. He did a full tune up of the garage door, fixing lots of things on the door and the remote. He answered all my questions and gave advice on how to keep the door and remote working well. Very satisfied.

We just bought a house and then garage door was off the track, so we called to get an estimate on repairing it. He came out the next day to look at it while we were at work. He called my husband and let him know that he put the door back on its tracks, and that the door installed was not the right size. It was too small for the opening causing it to come off the tracks. He gave us an estimate on a new door and opener. Didn't charge us a cent for helping us have a "temporary" door. Great, honest company. We are probably going to be going with them when we decide to go with a new door and opener.

Called Branden in the morning and he came out that same evening. He replaced rollers, oiled/lubed door and opener and adjusted opener chain and limits. Garage door is ultra quiet now. Parts and labor come with a 3 year warranty. He was on time and explained everything that he did and showed me what to do in the future to keep things running smoother. Really nice guy to do business with.
