I initially had a difficult time getting my calls returned due to a death in their family and my messages not being forwarded. There was a lack of communication that lead the workers to put residue in an area we instructed them not to. When I called the office, they apologized and came back out to my home and rectified the situation. I would use this company in the future because of their knowledge and the quality of the finished product.

I cant believe how unprofessional this company was. I dont understand how someone could stay in business conducting themselves in that manner. They were full of excuses, and in the end, didnt even show up to do the job. I personally would not count on this company or ever call them.

At first it went great I contacted Adrian through e-mail she got back to me that same day after the first e-mail, her follow up stopped. In my e-mail to her I stated I wanted to set up an appointment and it took her over two weeks to get back to me. I had e-mailed her two other times in that time period trying to get her to come to my house. Once we finally set up an appointment she came over and looked at the work we wanted completed and then she said she would get me the estimate. Another two weeks passed with no estimate and no follow up as to why it was taking so long. I contacted another landscaper, he came out two days later gave me an estimate on the spot and was at my house the following business day.

Adrian, the CEO of Terra Scape, came out to meet us the same day we made contact with the company. She was very professional and gave an extremely good impression. She then wrote out a detailed contract of services, with prices listed for each service item, so that we could choose which items we wanted to do. We chose to do all of them, because of the reasonable pricing. Her workers came out the next week, and completed all the work in 1 1/2 days under Adrian's supervision. We were very pleased with how everything looked, as well as the level of service. In addition, when the job was complete, Adrian came to our home to do a final walk-through with us to confirm that everything was done to our satisfaction. In fact, we have contracted Terra Scape to provide us with a mow service, as well as a maintenance & watering service. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that would want landscaping and lawn services done in a timely and professional manner.
