Adam and his team just completed work on finishing our basement and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and the craftsmanship! Being our first major home renovation project, we were cautious about choosing the right contractor. We met with several other remodeling companies for estimates but chose Adam because we felt confident that the project would be done “the right way” and within our budget. We worked with Adam to come up with a floor plan that would work best for us and he obtained all permits from the city and arranged and handled all inspections. He himself (with his team) did all of the work and was truly accessible whenever we had questions. He walked us through every step of the process and kept us up to date on the schedule and when his subcontractors would be coming to hang the drywall, paint, or install the carpeting. The project finished on time and on budget, but most importantly, the finished product turned out better than we ever imagined. Our only hope is that we will have the opportunity to hire him again for another project.

Hired Adam and his team to finish our 600 sq foot basement by adding a bedroom, bathroom, and two storage areas. From the start Adam’s straight forward approach gave us confidence he would be the right fit for our project. Adam provided references and reviews at the initial meeting validating his transparent philosophy. Adam’s quote included a layout design of the future space and a general overview of projects materials. Adam and his team took two months to complete the project. The quality of work was as contracted and Adam and his team remained professional and courteous as temporary house guests until the project was completed. Care was taken to ensure the livable portions of our home remained clean and accessible. Adam acted as a liaison between the Village and our project ensuring all applicable permits were received and any problems resolved. ADAS did a great job in finishing our basement. The work was professionally done and most importantly staged and phased in timely fashion. The crew employed for drywall, painting and flooring were professional too and made sure the premises was clean after daily work completion. We've used Adam/Adas to do several miscellaneous home improvement projects around our house. He's installed cabinets, drywall, light fixtures and other assorted handyman type projects. The quality of the work has been excellent and reasonably priced and we've found Adam to be very professional and responsible. The biggest project he did for us was a complete remodeling of our unfinished basement. The final results were fantastic and it looks great! Adam either completed all of the work himself or coordinated with subcontractors who performed specific parts (e.g., painting) that were done well. The project took a little longer than expected, but that's usually the case with construction work. With the exception of 1-2 change order requests we made, his final price was as originally quoted, so no surprises. We strongly recommend Adas and will use them again when it's time to remodel our kitchen.

I recently had my basement remodeled by ADAS Interior Remodeling. I was so nervous and concerned about the process, but Adam reassured me throughout the process that I would be very satisfied with the outcome. I must say I am so pleased with the outcome. I now have a wonderful warm, cozy place for my family to relax and party at the same time. I even changed some of my ideas which Adam worked into the plan and still finished the job on time. I don't typically leave reviews, but Adam is a true professional in an industry where that's a rare quality. Adam has done several projects for me now and I would not hesitate to use him again. Finding a good, dependable contractor can seem impossible. In the past, I've had contractors that are unprofessional, who cut corners, who don't return calls, who don't show up when they say they are going to, or in some cases don't show up at all, or who disappear if there are any issues down the road. Adam takes pride in his work. He does the job right, even if it involves more work. He's honest, dependable and calls back when you call him.
