Well.

This is an older vehicle 2003 Saturn with 147,000+ miles on it. The referred dealer misdiagnosed the noise in the rear of the car, repacking the wheel bearings, which did not solve the problem. Alpha diagnosed the issue as suspenion (struts and shocks) and a bearing in the rear axle. The work was performed as well as some other needed maintenance, whcih was also overlooked by the dealer. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, timeliness, cleanliness of the shop and that fact that I was keep informed of progress and needed maintneance. Very personable and competent crew! I like to keep my cars for a long time, and I will taking my car back for all future work

Our overall experience with Robert and his staff was outstanding. They were very professional from the beginning until the end. Robert provided us with an assessment of the work that needed to be done on our vehicle, which totalled approximately $3000. My husband and I were able to make a decision as to which projects were the most important to complete first and work our way down from there. We were especially impressed with the security they have on duty - DART the BIG DOBERMAN!!! (LOL) I would definitely use them again and recommend their service to family members and friends.

I have taken my car to Alpha many times. I knew I was going to need brakes soon so I took it to Alpha. He quoted me a great price and the work was done within 2 hours. I was at work and just dropped my car off and picked it up when it was completed. LOVE THIS MECHANIC SHOP!

Contacted the owner and he came and towed the truck anf when we met I told him what I thought was going on with truck and within a day he called and confirmed they problems He got the parts and did the work fast and with my budget in mind

My car is 8 years old and needs quite a bit of maintenance and Alpha Auto always comes through. They keep detailed records of the work performed and issue warranties as needed. This visit was just for the annual mainteance and mileage tune-up - no emergency work. Although any repair work costs seem high, its still cheaper than a car note.

Heard a "pop" in my engine, battery alert light went on and lost power steering. ACK! Made it over to Alpha Auto Repair and he immediately diagnosed the problem, showed me where the problem was, ordered the parts and I was done in about 3 hours. Very clean, courteous, honest mechanic and facility. Nice seating area.
