James and Melinda were over-the-top fantastic!!! Melinda was already calling me while I was still on the phone with Service Magic! They showed up within an hour and completed the repair and maintenance on the A/C efficiently, professionally, and economically. I will be recommending them highly to anyone who has any problems with their HVAC systems! Thank you James and Melinda!!!

Last night after 9p.m. we heard a terrible noise coming from outside, figured out it was our air conditioning unit had a fan blade broke off? after putting my information into service magic I received a phone call shortly after from Melinda of Garrett's Heating and Cooling they where able to quote me a price over the phone came to our house 1st thing the next morning and had our air conditioner fixed by noon and the price quote stayed the same even helped move some furniture to check the filter LOL!!! Excellent team work and very prompt, kind and awesome people!!!! Highly recommend these folks for any HVAC needs or concerns!! Thanks again!!

OUTSTANDING! I'm a solid hour away from these pros and they made it here in right at an hour. In five miutes, ont the hottest day of the year, they had my AC running, I also recieved value added services like replacing worn pipe, insulation, a full inspection of my unit and freon! Best of all their rates were VERY reasonable. If I ever need any HVAC service again they'll be my first call and I suggest others do the same.

After a long and hard time for getting a real HVAC technician not only for charge you their service visits (withoutout solving anything), I met this guys. Profesionals, real technicians and above all, not scampers.

Malinda was calling me while I was reading their profile. James was at the house within an hour, repaired the furnace, cleaned it and was gone in less than an other hour and the price was very fair. I will use them again.

They were great, they arrived at my house within half and hour and after it was fixed they watched it a while to make sure there was no issues. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any heating and cooling issues.

They were great. They came out to fix a strange rumbling noise in my furnace, and were able to not only fix the problem but to help me replace an out of date filter that is no longer made anymore. They are an awesome team who explained in detail what was needed to prevent any future problems and offered to wire parts of the furnace so that if the same problem occured in the future there would be an indication through the furnace that I could see and read easily.

During initial discussions about adding a new whole-house, automatic humidifier to my existing forced air heating system, Garrett Heating and Cooling offered several options and helped me make the best choice of humidifier and features. We negotiated a day and time to accomplish the job. They started the installation of my new automatic, whole-house humidifier system when promised and completed it for the quoted price. The installation was neat and they cleaned up afterwards. I could not ask for any better service.

Garrett Heating & Cooling offered to come virtually right away to assess our problem. They arrived when they said they would and quickly found the problem. The part that was rquired had to be ordered and was installed the very next day. They did the work they quoted and did it in a very professional manner. They were very cordial and friendly.
