Garrett Heating & Cooling

"Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful", as Lawrence Welk would say. We have a very old heat pump system (29 years old) and they were able to get it up and running for us and avoid installing a new system which other companies try to do because its easier to install a new unit than to diagnose and fix the problem. Service was very professional and it's a husband and wife team and they work very well together. They also guarantee their work. My husband was impressed and that is not an easy thing to do as he was once in the heating and cooling business. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Garrett's and given them the highest rating possible! They were here in a few minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed just as fast! They go the extra step to make sure you're a satisfied customer!!!!!!

Contacted Home Advisor on a national holiday Before I could complete the call with them. Melinds from Garretts was on my other line. She told me that they would be here within an hour. I was pleasantly surprisred when they arrived within 45 min or so James accessed the problem and quoted me a price-he assured me that no one could give me a better price. He even offered tp give me a quick temporary fix if i wanted to do a cost comparison. (who does that?) I recd a call from a competitior and I told him what the repair was and he quoted me a highter price for the part than I was paying for parts and labor! Not! Thanks Jim and Melinda!
